Great place to stay

Perfect studio for a good night of rest. Provided everything that was needed, including K-cups for the K-cup machine. Air conditioning worked great. Check-in and check out were very easy. Thank you for a great stay.

Arrived late and everything was ready and clean. Easy access and not far from the airport. Close to everything that you may need. House owners are very nice and accommodating. Nice little kitchen so you can take care of yourself a bit. Great restaurants very close by. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Highly recommend.

college golf in Kissimmee

Nice place. Somewhat close to my daughter's house her and her teammates were staying at. It could use more cabinets in the kitchen above the kitchen sink, stove or both. Head to Home Depot, buy pre-made cabinets, drill 4 screws into a stud, done! I prefer a firmer bed but this bed was fine for 4 nights. Owner was nice and friendly. Just nit picky stuff but great place to stay at.

Beautiful, Clean and Worth The Money

This was a business trip so I basically just need a place to sleep and think. The bed was beyond comfortable. The fridge and freezer were super cold which was necessary because the weather was 80+ all week. That brings me to the superhero of the room the Air Conditioning which was phenomenal. The bathroom was clean yet spacious and they provided just about everything under the sink. The closet was HUGE with a variety of items to help clean the room when needed and keep your clothes neat. They provide Roku with a plethora of options (Netflix, Hulu + more) and the WiFi was easy to connect but not that strong, fortunately I have unlimited mobile internet so it wasn't a big deal. Definitely would recommend to people traveling solo as well as a 2 person group.

Very cozy little efficiency apartment. Perfect for my weekend get-a-way! Fridge had some items stocked from last vacationers. Clean stay for the win. Owners on site were super nice! They even gave us some of their mangos out of their backyard tree before we left. =) Would def use this property again. Located in a great location...right up the road from all Orlando attractions / International Dr.

Just what we needed a nice clean place to sleep. The place was very clean and the owner satisfied all our needs. Nice house in a nice neighborhood just off the main road. Easy access to all of Orlando.
