A beautiful, spacious penthouse apartment in the Masaki area, overlooking the Indian Ocean. The apartment is on the last (seventh) floor with magnificent views of the sunset. There is an elevator (lift) and 24 hr security as well as a parking space. The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and is directly opposite a large shopping center, filled with shops, restaurants, ice cream parlor, playgrounds for children and a supermarket. The restaurants are some of the best in Dar es Salaam.
