LOCATION.
Beachcomber Resort is ideally situated in the heart of Surfers Paradise, everything that Surfers has to offer is a very short stroll from the unit. It is only 50 meters to the heart of surfer?s paradise with night life, restaurants, coffee shops, late night shopping every night, beach side markets, whatever you desire is all right at your door step.
This apartment is very close to ocean. The apartment has underground parking.
There is a Restaurant and Convenience Store in the foyer. DO NOT GO TO RECEPTION AS WE ARE PRIVATELY MANAGED
Everything that Surfers has to offer is right at your door step. Friday night markets, Clubs, supermarkets and restaurants to suit all budgets, Bungee jumping, mini-golf are all nearby.
The Theme Park buses pick up and deliver you back to the front door.
Shuttle buses are available from both Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require you to comply with certain conditions for entry to above mentioned apartment. We appreciate most tenants would respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
1.Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
2.Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with misuse in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Excess cleaning will be charged at a rate of $30 per hour, removal of rubbish will be charged at a rate of $15 per bag. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments being deducted from your credit card, details of which taken prior to your occupancy and held in lieu of a SECURITY DEPOSIT.
3.Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
4.Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 AM by the latest, to allow us time to prepare property for next guests.
5.Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please note that security guards are always in attendance in the resort and are authorized to remove guests from apartments if deemed appropriate. Loss of rental and SECURITY DEPOSIT will apply.
6.SECURITY DEPOSIT shall normally be payable at the time of collection of keys to the room. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded within 7 days, in full to your nominated account, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guest beyond those declared, etc.
7.Pets are not allowed.
8.Photography of any part of the unit is not allowed without permission from the manager.
9.Loss – The owners take no responsibility for loss of tenant’s personal property.
