The Townhouse is 2 storey with entry level being living areas, one of the bedrooms and a seperate toilet/basin and laundry. The other two bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs on the lower level.
All quality bed linen and towels by Sheridan are supplied for your stay. The main bedroom has an en suite and in addition to the main bathroom there is also a powder room on the upper level.
Single car, remote controlled garage with internal access offers excellent security for the lone traveller. Additional parking is available. You are welcome to enjoy full use of the pristine swimming pool at the rear of the home. A securely fenced and gated garden as well as a patio area are there for your private use. Local shops at Flockton St, Everton Park or Hamilton Rd, McDowall. It's a 10 minute drive to local shopping malls at Brookside, Stafford City or the very large Westfield at Chermside. North West Private, Prince Charles and Holy Spirit Northside are large hospitals close by. Eatons Hill Hotel and Everton Park Hotel are nearby and offer great food, entertainment and live music.

Everything was in great condition, my family and I had a great time staying at the townhouse. We enjoyed the location as it was close to our family. We found it super clean, had amenities provided. We loved the pool too
We had a very comfortable stay, enjoyed all the place had to offer, cleanliness was 100%, child friendly, heated pool, ample space, close to city, walking distance to shops, Keona Grove had everything we needed and more, thank you.
Claire’s place was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. It was comfortable, spacious, very clean, beautiful, and an excellent location to access transport into the city. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. The price was also extremely reasonable. We wish all of our stays could be just like this one.
We all absolutely loved it here. The place was very clean and spacious. Claire is such a lovely lady and was so easy dealing with her from the start of the booking till the end of our stay. The area is so quiet and peaceful yet everything is at your hands within minutes. We will be definitely staying here again.

First off, the hosts were so kind and let us check in earlier than the scheduled time. Thank you, again. What a beautiful place to stay! They have everything you could possibly need. It's right next to the path for the community pool. Access to coffee shops, grocery and liquor stores within 5 mins. Also, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. I couldn't stop talking about it to my husband. I would for sure stay here again!!
What a fantastic and well maintained property for a wonderful holiday. Our family was able to function super comfortably with very thoughtful inclusions everywhere. Claire has really thought of everything and goes out of her way to make sure your inquiries are addressed, needs are met and that you have clear information. The swimming pool was so convenient, and the ability to just function as usual with washing machine/dryer, kitchen appliances and comfortable beds was really welcome.
Nothing is perfect but this place is as close as you get.
The only issue was that the tv was not working but it mattered little because that was not the reason for our stay.
Everything else was great.
The property was very clean with lovely modern furnishings and high quality linen and bedding. It was very secure and situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, with a private court yard and large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. Everything was perfectly appointed, from bathroom toiletries to kitchen and pantry essentials. Claire was a wonderful host, communicating all the information we needed for our stay, and ease of booking. We will definitely be booking Claire’s beautiful townhouse whenever we are in Brisbane. This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Claire’s properties - and it hasn’t failed to deliver! Clean, modern and absolutely everything you’ll need for a short to long term stay. Plenty of space for a family - and a spotless property. Claire is very responsive and the pictures are a true reflection of her properties. Would highly recommend.
Amazing 3 bedroom unit, its was perfect for our family and even our small dog. The facilities are great, plenty of bathroom space + fully equipped kitchen. Arriving was easy, and a full car garage made sure everything was safe. It made our home away from home. Thanks to Claire the property manager who is amazing too! We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grocery store was close by and it was a short drive to the train station to go into the city. We would recommend this property.
Great place for us to stay. Claire was lovely and very accommodating, allowing us to bring our dog with us and always responsive to messages. The house was very clean throughout upon arrival, including the bathrooms, with nice Sheridan towels for us to use.
I wish I had read the inclusions a bit closer, it was lovely that Claire had provided Body wash and Shampoo, Laundry powder, paper towels etc. It was beyond what I had expected an owner to provide (I took our own only to find Claire had it all there), and far better than what I have experienced at other places. Kids loved the pool.
We appreciated the use of the house and wouldn't hesitate to request to stay there again.
Claire was a pleasure to deal with and the beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet. Only room for improvement would be aircon in the bedrooms or BYO pedastool fan in the hot months. Safe and secure, close to the shops and pool available to get cool.
This property was everything as advertised and more. It looks smallish from the front, but upon entry you notice a stairwell that heads to the downstairs are and you realise it's quite spacious. The main living area is light and bright, with furniture that is actually comfortable, unlike your standard hotel/apartment furniture.
The house was equipped with everything you'd need for a comfortable getaway, and the pool was amazing!
During our stay, we had a couple of questions for the owner, Claire, who responded very quickly and was really pleasant to deal with.
We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Brisbane.
Very good for a short term stay, very neat and tidy and good for a small number of guests. Handy to both north and central Brisbane.
