Barefoot Beach House

Come and step onto the sands of Pacific Palms!!!

This beautifully designed newly built home is a Hop Skip and a Jump away from the fabulous Boomerang Beach.
Located 3 hrs drive north of Sydney and 1.5 hrs drive north of Newcastle airport.
You can walk to bluey shops and enjoy dining out or takeaway, convenience store/newsagency, chemist and surf shop. Just 15 min drive to forster/tuncurry where you can enjoy shopping, eating out, water activities, fishing, surfing/swimming. Only 1 minutes drive to Elizabeth beach, Shelly beach and Blueys beach and 3 min drive to the famous Wallis lake. The lake is perfect for small children, water sports, stand up paddle boarding or just relaxing under the trees.
Barefoot Beach House is architecturally designed with open luxury living space, double brick, cathedral ceilings and fireplace. Its lovely and quiet and perfectly private making it fantastic for holiday stays all year round.
Enjoy the outlook of the bushy trees and beautiful gardens with a spacious outdoor middle courtyard.
We have a fully fenced property making it safe for kids with a grass area to play.
We allow pets and we assure you that your furry friends will never escape this well fenced in area. Boomerang beach is dog friendly and perfect for a morning dog run. He or she won’t be disappointed...

We offer 2 separate dwellings that makes this stay perfect for 2 families or likewise.

UPSTAIRS

Kitchen and dining area: Open plan with walk in pantry, dishwasher, gas oven, fridge/freezer, fully equipped utensils.
Bedrooms 1: 1 King size bed, walk in wardrobe, deck area and ensuite.
Bed 2/3: 1 Queen size beds in each room, wardrobes, fans.
Bed 4: 2 x single beds, fan.
Main bathroom: Bath, shower, toilet, Washing machine and dryer.
Deck off kitchen: Gas built in BBQ, lounge area, fan.
Dining table seating 10
Living area: Large enough for 10 people, beanbags, wooden floorboards, fireplace, tv, apple tv, dvd, ipod dock with sound system accessing inside and/or deck.

Please note: High chairs, kids table and toys provided on request. Dogs allowed with strict guidelines. Linen is provided, bathroom towels, quilts, blankets, pillows and pillow cases are also provided.

Host was excellent very welcoming and excellent communication prior to arrival. house was fantastic and easily accommodated big families , we had 8 of us and was plenty of room and hang out places. house was well stocked and lots of lovely finishing touches , extra towels, toilet paper, tea coffee and cleaning dishwashing products.well stocked kitchen.Great location walking distance to boomerang beach and short drive to many other beaches and shops. Gorgeous house and excellent location

The house looks much better than in the photos with multiple hangout areas. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Location is amazing, 5 mins walk to the beach. Emily and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful and even offered a late checkout which was very kind. All in all a perfect stay for two families of five. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for a few families

We stayed for a long weekend at the Barefoot Beachhouse. It was a great house and perfect for a few families with small kids. Close walk to the beach and great coffee shop 2 min drive. Emily was great to deal with and house was well equipt with everything you would need.

Fantastic home for a family near beach

Lovely spacious well equipped home. 9 of us stayed here and were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms made getting ready for a wedding a breeze! Proximity to the beach and shops meant the teenagers were also happy. Would definitely rent again when back in the area.

A fabulous home away from home

The Barefoot Beach House was so much better than the pictures. The house was big and airy, super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing - has everything you need. There were three in door showers and an outdoor shower and three toilets so no queues for either. The location is fantastic to explore the area. We enjoyed Boomerang Beach, Cellito Beach and Nine Mile Beach, ll within 10 minutes of the place. We also explored Lake Wallis. It was a perfect spot for a fun family holiday. .

Wonderful winter break at Barefoot Beach House

We loved our stay at Barefoot Beach House. It’s a beautiful, stylish property and very well equipped, with plenty of space. The yard was well secured for our young dog. We made the most of the fireplace which made our winter break very cosy. The property is very conveniently located within easy reach on foot of Boomerang beach and Bluey’s shops. Thank you to the hosts for providing such lovely, comfortable accommodation and for their ready communication. We were sad to leave!

Perfect for mutliple families

Stayed here with mother in law, and husband's sister and her family; and our dog. We loved the layout of the home, it allowed us to be together while doing separate activities. It was amazingly clean. All questions were answered promptly by the lovely owner Emily. Literally a 2min walk to Boomerang Beach which was absolutely glorious! 20min drive to local shops for food, so write a list so you dont forget anything and have to drive back. Would definitely recommend this accommodation!

This house felt so welcoming when we walked in. It is very well presented & equipped, with plenty of space for a family group of seven plus two greyhounds. We were a short walk to Boomerang Beach (dog friendly between certain hours) and a quick drive to Elizabeth Beach, which was where we spent most of our beach time with the kids. If you feel like a quick walk out for coffee or breakfast, Moby's is a short distance away. We also drove 10 mins. to the Great Lakes Sailing Club where the kids could safely use their stand up paddle boards & other floating things. There is a large grassed area here with covered tables & seating & also clean toilets, but dogs aren't permitted.From the time of booking right through to our reluctant departure communication with Emily was extremely easy, pleasant & prompt. Thank you Emily & Tim for providing us with everything we required to make for a wonderful family holiday.

Fabulous beach holiday

What a what wonderful holiday we all had at Barefoot Beach House. There was myself, 3 of my children and two of their partners and an infant. The separate apartment was perfect for my son and his partner and little one, allowing them a completely separate area to us. The main house was great for us all with the four bedrooms and the great kitchen, pantry area and dining area. Lots of space to spread out. Close and easy walk to Boomerang Beach. We had our dog with us and the place is perfect for keeping a dog safe with an internal, fenced in lawn area for the dog. We loved the BBQ on the deck, just off the kitchen. Loved having the linen/towels supplied. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our week away. Thanks Emily!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay are Barefoot Beach house. House is exactly as described in the listing. Spacious, pet friendly (very secure) and well equipped with kitchen items. Massive pantry which was great for keeping benches clear. The seperate dwelling is great for teens/another couple. All rooms had quality bedding, and fans. The concrete floors and surfaces are great for a beach house and easy to keep clean. We enjoyed spending time in the 'outdoor room' with BBQ and TV, felt like you were outside but we could still watch the cricket! Easy parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Quiet location, and you wake to bird song. 2 mins walk to the beach. Strong wifi (which is necessary for teens and people on Vodafone like us!!). Emily was great to deal. Highly recommended.
