This modern beautiful property has been designed with holidays and outdoor luxury in mind. The upstairs feature a large balcony with outdoor kitchen, fridge and servery. The downstairs has yet another huge entertaining area featuring a large deck, outdoor seating, large pool, bar fridge and bar tops. Relax on a stool overlooking the ocean or enjoy a glass of bubbly in the pool whilst gazing out to the coral sea and Whitsunday islands.

Inside is ample space and generous features including 4 large bedroom, 2 MASTER suites with walk in robes and ensuites. 3 full size bathrooms and 2 separate powder rooms. 2 living areas. 2 entertaining areas, parking. Perfect for small or large groups, luxury stays, bridal parties, hens parties, birthday celebrations, and multiple families. The bedrooms, the kitchen and all living and entertaining spaces have perfect ocean views, nobody misses out when staying at this property.

All this only 400-600m to the heart of Airlie main street, both marinas and restaurant hub, as well as Coral Seas resort.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned
The pool must be emptied of all debris and no rubbish is to be thrown off the deck.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must clean dishes, oven trays and BBQ after use
Pool is cleaned between 10am and 2pm every second Friday, must be made available and staff may enter property with key if not home

excellent location with the most amazing views. Property was exactly as listed. Only issue is the pull out couch has no window blinds so we were up at sunrise.

Beautiful property, though a little tired looking. Kitchen needs some attention especially dishwasher. Info re appliances would be helpful and when outside bins get emptied. Overall stay excellent, so much to see and do in Airlie, will definitely be back.

The property location and views were stunning. We were a family of 8 and the accommodation was very spacious and plenty of luxurious bathrooms. It would have been good to have a welcome brochure as we were unsure where to put the rubbish. Some oven gloves and some more tea towels would have been good apart from that could not fault this property.

Excellent location, huge house set out really well. Great views as well. Pool is awesome! Some of the furniture and all linen getting tired looking. House needs a deep clean. General cleaning is questionable, especially for the price (500 to clean). Communication not great, I had to ask three times for the lock box number, I got a bit nervous that I hadn’t received a reply even on the morning we were leaving.

It was fantastic! The walk up the hill is can be a bit of a challenge but the view is amazing

The only complaint is there was suppose to be an order delivered for toilet paper and it never arrive. We end up buying some ourself.

Great house and location

Great house and location. Kids loved it. Wifi kept cutting in and out though and communication from property manager was average . Was not given information about checking in and checking out. Had to chase it up myself. Didn’t get a reply about the checking out process. The description of the bedroom setups is not accurate either. But overall, the house was wonderful and the views were amazing.

Great house, poor communication with some issues

Beautiful modern house that has THE best view any of us have ever experienced (and we've stayed in alot of places!) There isnt a view from 1 of the bedrooms but fabulous views from the other 3. No spa, no internet, no Netflix and wasnt able to communicate with property manager when I needed to. Apart from that, great location, fantastic pool and ensuites/bathroom/kitchen.

Amazing view

Property was amazing. Accommodated all our 11 members, including an 18 mth old. Aircon in the lounge was spitting out water when we checked in, and the host was able to get it fixed during our stay. The only issue was no mop available, or we did not locate it on premises and no dust pan and brush. This was a small issue. Blinds in the down stairs rumpus would be a great addition for those sleeping there due to the morning sunlight. Other than that our stay was amazing.

Wonderful Stay in Perfect Location

This home has the most amazing view and is in a very convenient location. It is walking distance to the Main Street (cafes, lagoon) however it’s quite a hill climb home (not impossible though!). The layout of the house worked great for us and many hours were spent soaking up the view from the stunning pool. The home does have a lot of stairs so that’s something to consider if traveling with young kids. An absolutely wonderful stay, and we would definitely book again if traveling to Airlie Beach.

A lovely modern home but a bit tired Could do with a good spring clean The lounge is falling apart and needs replacing also needs an additional 3 seater ceiling fan in ensuite bedroom downstairs doesn’t work Downstairs family area needs a blind Also the ice dispenser doesn’t work in the fridge which is also not balanced In saying this I would definitely stay again and hope this minor issues are resolved We had a fabulous holiday and look forward to our next trip Thankyou

Wonderful property with a sensational view!

A beautiful property set in an amazing location! This home has plenty of space for three teenagers who took full advantage of the incredible pool. A very clean and well maintained house with fantastic views of Coral Sea Marina from three bedrooms. It's wonderful to sit on the balcony and simply watch the boats come and go. The property is also very private with no immediate neighbours on either side or in front, making it very peaceful and quiet. Only a short stroll down to the main street of Airlie Beach as well. Just a wonderful place to stay with many inclusions to make you feel at home. We would most definitely stay here again in future!
