Gorgeous beach house in Old Ocean Grove.

The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 9 people. Suitable for families, couples or groups.

A two block walk to Ocean Groves restaurants and shops, and just over 1km walk to the main Ocean Grove patrolled surf beach and Dunes Cafe. The Bowls Club is only a 5 minute walk.

A fully equipped kitchen, with large bench seating area, is well fitted out with crockery, cutlery, glasses, dishwasher, oven and microwave.

Ducted gas heating throughout house. Split system air conditioning/heating in living/dining room area. Electric wall heater in one bathroom.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outside washing line.

Outdoor entertaining deck with BBQ, table and seating

Large fenced and safe yard for children to play.

Garage with space for 1 car, plus plenty of parking in the driveway.

This is a great beach house for a short week-end stay or an extended holiday break.

Close to everything Ocean Grove and the Bellarine has to offer, and walking distance to shops and beaches.

Bird's Nest is only a short 20 minutes drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington and Bellarine wineries, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Fantastic Family holiday

Great space, fantastic location in old OG! An excellent house for a family holiday with large backyard for the dog to run around. Edwina was a great host who was responsive and presented the house in a thoughtful manner.

very satisfying with family and dogs

I booked this holiday 12 months, and as i am carer for my wife ,i could only have the 4 days break with her and family she even said to me when we got home how she liked it the only downside was the drive home. Right from the start when i was communicating with Edwina it was such a pleasure because she was so helpful to me organising our holiday i cant thank her enough and we hope to be back next year,thanks again Edwina.

Fantastic family accomodation, great location and pristine clean!

Great as accomodation for families with a dog and baby. Beds were very comfy and a great alfresco area to gather and have a BBQ. Property was very secure and great for our small dog. Everything was perfect from fresh linen and soft towels to a well equipped kitchen. Loved the bowl of chocolate treats awaiting us when we arrived. We had a great time!

Relaxing Christmas

We had Christmas with three generations at this property, lovely house that is well equipped to cater to everyone’s needs. It was perfect for the dogs with a secure yard. Very relaxing, clean and lovely holiday house. Thank you Edwina for the Christmas chocolates and allowing us to stay.

We had a great holiday staying at Birds Nest. Excellent accommodation in great location. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Beds made-up ready with linen provided, including beach towels! Everything we needed and we plan to be back again.
