Set on top of the mountain you have incredible views of Port Phillip Bay. You’re a short drive to Mt Martha Village and beaches. Head the other way and you’ll find yourself in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula wine region.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and to keep good relations with our neighbours and local council, please consider our house rules before booking:
1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 12.
5. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
