The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private access to the balcony, and a private bath with a double sink vanity and a walk-in tile shower. The first guest room also features a king-size bed, as well as a comfy reading nook, and a private bath with walk in tile shower. A second guest room features two queen beds and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything you need if you are in the mood to cook, featuring black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, adjustable lighting and fashionable black stoneware tableware. The unit includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is a no-

Located on one of the widest and most inviting stretches of beach in Wild Dunes, Shipwatch features a beautiful community pool and a separate small children’s pool for the little ones not
quite ready for the big pool. Poolside lounge chairs are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Want to enjoy the beach but don’t want to carry your own chairs or umbrellas? There are
rental services on the island that will set up reserved chairs and umbrellas for you on a daily basis. Bike rentals are available too. A 5-minute drive to the IOP marina will take you to paddle board and kayak rentals.

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available. Parking in Shipwatch is first come first serve.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
