Fantastic weekend break! Tranquil rainforest, easy to navigate walks to waterfalls, native birds, cows in the paddock...blissful! My 3 year old grandson loved Charlie the horse, marshmallows at the firepit and clambering around the paddocks. The cabin was fully equipped with everything we needed - and a million dollar view down the valley! Our hosts were fantastic and our doggos were welcome: a brilliant way to de-stress and re-connect.

Bellthorpe Stayz was a lovely relaxing place to stay, if you wanted to relax and lots of things to do if you didn't. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the birds come down for a feed and to spend time on the pet friendly walks. The host Wendy came to the cabin when we arrived to say hello and let us know what was available for us to see and do. Very nice time.

Weekend at Bellthorpe

Our family spent a fabulous weekend at Bellthorpe Stays. Loved the walks, waterfalls and wildlife. Would highly recommend it. Hope to be back soon 😎.

A very relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle

Whipbird cabin is a delightful little cottage overlooking open paddocks as well as forest. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We went for a couple of very short walks due to problems with walking. However, if you are up for it the walks look amazing - rainforest and waterfall included. The glass fronted wood heater was a boon, given it was winter. There I real buzz in watching the flames.

Cosy cottage surrounded by beautiful bush. The property has some hidden gems if you take the time to explore. Our dogs also had a great time.

Great place to get away

My partner and I stayed here with friends (another couple) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful - we loved exploring the forest and seeing the waterfalls. The location is great too - close enough to Brisbane to be easy to get to, but far enough away that you really feel like you're having a break. Bonus points for Dodge, the very friendly dog.
