This wonderful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is located in the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea and is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer, such as tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa, and even an on site Starbucks.

The master bedroom features a King bed with its own private bathroom, including a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom, the first one featuring a Queen bed and the second one featuring two Twin beds. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, cable TV and so much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite!

This property has both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

We loved our stay here! The view is amazing. Everything was convenient for my elderly parents, the room is right in front of the elevator. It was quiet and spacious, we hope to stay here again.

After many years of vacations in Litchfield by the Sea, we expect a lot from the beachfront condos. After looking at the photos, we were excited for a few comfortable days away. As expected, the ocean view is unparalleled, grounds are well kept, and parking in the dry was great. However, compared to the listing photos, the general condition of the condo was disappointing. Beds were uncomfortable, furniture (leather sofa) was worn and it was hard to find a place to sit that didn't sink in and pitch sideways. The primary bedroom had a 4 inch foam topper to soften the old mattress, so it was soft but also very hot. Other beds were just hard and uncomfortable. Sheets were rough and worn. The condo needs serious updating and a deep cleaning to compare with others in the complex.

Cleaness of the property was very disappointing. A lot of dust and crumbs behind the couch, chairs, and corners. Squeaky water noise coming from the floor of the hallway by the laundry closet. Pillow cases turning yellow. Kitchen cabinets aren’t nicely organized. Screened door was hard to open and paint stuck. Location and amenities are great. Beach access was great.

Great rental- lovely views and nice condo!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. Nice, open living area and kitchen-- and the balcony overloooking the ocean was really special. Kids balanced time between the pool and the beach (which was easy to access). Property was clean and experience was great- would stay again!

The condo was spacious and comfortable - ocean front with excellent access to beach. One downside was that the sliding glass doors to the oceanfront balcony were extremely difficult to open (latches didn't work properly) and once opened, had no screens to keep insects out.

Cambridge for me!

We stayed in the middle of June- weather perfect, great view of ocean from balcony, which was large-a big plus! A few snafus, but the one reported to Tidelife was handled quickly. A great place for 5-6 people!
