About this property

Sitting on the hill overlooking Mount Martha's famous South Beach and the Balcome Valley, this house is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the local attractions. 1.2 km from the beach, shops and restaurants. Very close to the golf course and a short drive to Red Hill's famous winerys and restaurants. All these facilities so close yet you'll feel you're miles away from anywhere such is the tranquility of the location, even in the height of the summer rush.
The house has 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 people comfortably (BYO sheets and pillow covers). The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom has a bath(BYO towels). It also has two separate living areas with large screen TVs that both have Foxtel and games consoles. The large kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, all cooking equipment , coffee machine,kettle , toaster and microwave.
There is a large outdoor undercover entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lounge and POOL.
This is a perfect house for a large family or 2 small families to share.

Please note that this house is in a quiet residential area and therefore any groups wishing to book the house for partying are encouraged to look elsewhere.

Bookings for Summer season must meet certain requirements ( length of stay, amount of guests, ages of guests etc. etc. )
