Set on 45 acres, Mia Mia Vistas is a large 3BR house perched atop undulating hills of Mia Mia, a picturesque town in the heart of world-renowned Heathcote Wine Region, less than 10 mins drive from Heathcote town centre, 25 mins from hip Kyneton, 40 mins from eclectic Castlemaine & historic Bendigo. You will find over 40 wineries in this region to enjoy many of which are near the property.

Stunning! The property is surrounded by majestic Mt Ida, Mt Camel, Mt Alexander, McIvor & McHarg Ranges. Here the sunsets are magical and sunrises are dazzling.

Mia Mia Vistas offers pure privacy for the perfect getaway. It is a beautiful three-bedroom house cleverly divided into two villa units under one roof: 1 bed villa & 2 bed villa. We only let one villa at a time or both units as a three-bed house, so only one booking can take place. There are no other cottages, no owner's house on the land. Just you. You will have 45 acres all to yourselves!

The breathtaking mountain views as far as the eye can see, absolute serenity & picturesque landscapes make Mia Mia Vistas a magnet for photographers, honeymooners, sunset & sunrise lovers, stargazers & nature seekers. Here we are all about memorable experiences & reconnecting with the ones you love.

This listing allows you to book both villa units as a three-bedroom house perfect for up to six guests & one infant. Overall arrangement is 2 x king beds and 1 x queen bed, two bathrooms and 3 x toilets and two outdoor hot/cold showers. Both villas are fully self-contained, have their own entrance, lounge, kitchen & bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine & separate dryer. Back patio area can be accessed from both units, allowing guests to enter each unit if need be.

Having two villa units under one roof is perfect for families, group of friends and couples to enjoy together whilst being in one location, but wanting some privacy at the same time. This is especially ideal if you are a couple travelling in a large group with an infant, with your parents or with teenage children.

Hear the birds tweet and watch our cows graze in the paddocks whilst you carry out your Zoom meetings! Check our favorable mid-week & weekly rates, should you choose to 'work from home' during your stay.

Both villa units are arranged as follows:

- 2 BR Villa: Comprising king & queen size bedrooms with views of spectacular landscapes. Enjoy the ever-changing glorious vistas from our roomy & stylish open plan lounge. Sink into the comfy oversized L-shaped sofa, read a book, watch Netflix or simply enjoy the crackle of the log burning fire.

Craft sumptuous feasts in the well-equipped open plan kitchen fit for a chef with dining area perfect for entertaining. There is a bathroom with a spa bath and walk-in shower. Indulge in a long soak in the spa bath with bath salts & oils provided. Toilet is separate so no one will disturb you during your extended soak.

Or take a scenic shower outdoors and admire the beauty of Mt Ida from our blissful 'his' and 'her' outdoor hot & cold showers.

Our generous verandah has Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor table and large patio area perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine along with mind blowing sunsets & magnificent mountain views of Mt Camel, Mt Alexander & Mt Ida.

- 1 BR Villa: Comprising one king size bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet and walk-in wardrobe. Lounge room has a comfy L-shaped sofa along with a Netflix-enabled Smart TV. Walk Lounge room is open plan & well-appointed kitchen has a dining table that sits four. Private patio area will let you admire the captivating views of McIvor & McHarg Ranges.

Feel well provided for an ultimate country escape. Our generous breakfast provisions include country bread, bacon, eggs, butter, variety of jams & cereals. Plenty of coffee pods for Nespresso coffee machine for your stay along with milk & variety of teas will allow you to start your days to the sound of birdsongs.

Firewood & kindling are complimentary for two days. We leave six outdoor chairs around the fire pit. Highchair & porta cot can be arranged for couples travelling with an infant. Three cars fit under the carport. You can keep cool with A/C in summer.
