Stunning! The property is surrounded by majestic Mt Ida, Mt Camel, Mt Alexander, McIvor & McHarg Ranges. Here the sunsets are magical and sunrises are dazzling.

Mia Mia Vistas offers pure privacy for the perfect getaway. It is a beautiful three-bedroom house cleverly divided into two villa units under one roof: 1 bed villa & 2 bed villa. We only let one villa at a time or both units, so only one booking can take place. There are no other cottages, no owner's house on the land. Just you. You will have 45 acres all to yourselves!

The breathtaking mountain views as far as the eye can see, absolute serenity & picturesque landscapes make Mia Mia Vistas a magnet for photographers, honeymooners, sunset & sunrise lovers, stargazers & nature seekers. Here we are all about memorable experiences & reconnecting with the ones you love.

For this booking, Mia Mia Vistas will be set up as two separate one-bed villa units and each unit will have a king-sized bed.

This is a unique setting, where each villa is fully self-contained, has its own entrance, lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom & separate toilet, patio area, laundry room with washing machine & separate dryer.

Having two separate villa units under one roof is perfect for two couples, or a couple travelling with parents or a family with teenage children. Here you get an opportunity to be in one location but also get some privacy at the same time.

Both villa units are arranged as follows:

- 2 Bed Villa: will be set up as 1 bed villa with king-sized bed, without access to second room.

Enjoy our spectacular landscapes and glorious vistas from our roomy & stylish open plan lounge. Sink into our comfy oversized L-shaped sofa, read a book, or watch Netflix and enjoy the crackle of the log burning fire. Craft sumptuous feasts in the well-equipped open plan kitchen fit for a chef with dining area perfect for entertaining.

Indulge in a long soak in the spa bath with bath salts & oils provided. Rest assured you won't be disturbed during your long soak, because toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Our generous verandah has a Weber Gas BBQ, outdoor table and large patio area. It's a wonderful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine whilst watch our beautiful sunsets & magnificent mountain views of Mt Camel, Mt Alexander & Mt Ida.

- 1 BR Villa: comprising one king size bedroom with en-suite shower & toilet and walk-in wardrobe. Lounge room has a comfy L-shaped sofa and a Netflix-enabled Smart TV. Open plan & well-appointed kitchen has a dining table that sits four with access to a private patio area with views of McHarg ranges. Also, back patio area can be accessed from both units, allowing guests to interact with each unit if need be.

As a couple you can take a scenic shower outdoors and admire the beauty of Mt Ida from our blissful 'his' and 'her' outdoor hot & cold showers.

For corporate stays, hear the birds tweet and watch our cows graze in the paddocks whilst you carry out your Zoom meetings! Check our favorable mid-week & weekly rates, should you choose to 'work from home' during your stay.

Here you will be well provided for an ultimate country escape with our generous breakfast provisions that include country bread, bacon, eggs, butter, variety of jams & cereals and coffee pods for our Nespresso coffee machine.
