Beautiful townhouse with great ocean and bay views from multiple decks. Third house from the beach and promenade. Promenade great for biking, running, walking, etc. One block to mini-golf and ice cream. Quiet, family area. Families only please, no groups.

Walking distance to great restaurants. Planned activities on the promenade almost nightly. Master bedroom with queen-size bed, two rooms with full-size beds, and fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle/day bed. Eight (8) beach tags provided! Property nicely landscaped with pavers. Plenty of off-street parking.

Ideal Rental

My family and I just loved this rental. It was a perfect location. Close enough to walk to all the hot spots and also far enough away from them. Beautiful views of the ocean and bay. It was spacious enough for our family. It was nice having the master bedroom on the top floor with a great balcony to see the view of the bay. I couldn't say a bad thing about it.

Wonderful Weekend!

We were looking for a place that could accomodate my sister and her girls, plus myself and mine for a girl's getaway. I was a bit nervous booking this online, but we were SO impressed when we got to the house! Clean, warm, open and full of light, even though it was raining when we arrived! Dave and Sue left a welcome basket, which the kids just flipped over! The location is perfect; the kids walked to miniature golf one night after dinner, and the adults had a 'sister night' just a few blocks away at La Costa. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I would CERTAINLY book the property again!

Enjoyed the week in sea isle. Great location. Kids could ride bikes to arcade, mini golf, and town center. Deck with views of bay and ocean. Owner very nice and easy deal with.

Awesome Deal and Awesome House

My family was very happily surprised how nice and big the house was. It was perfect. It was very close to the beach which was very helpful with our young children. Thanks again for letting us rent it. We hope to rent next year too.
