Sanctuary for family and friends

Spacious 4 double sized bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. 1 queen bed, 4 single beds and set of single bunk beds will suit friends group or family. We can combine 2 of the single beds into a king bed upon request at booking. Rooms come with built in wardrobes, air conditioners and TVs apart from the bunk bed room. Bed linen, pillows and towels are provided to all beds. There are 2 bathrooms. One is full bathroom including shower, toilet and vanity. The other one has shower and vanity. There is a second separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave,rice cooker, pots, pans, cutleries,cooking utensils and cooking basics. Washing machine and washing powder are provided. Patio, outdoor kitchen, BBQ facilities, outdoor kitchen and garden are for your enjoyment. Free WiFi throughout the house.

The house is located in a quiet Cul De Sac opposite to a huge park with free tennis court, basketball court, kids playground and free BBQ. Car parking is available out the front of the house on the driveway and road sides.

Public transport is a short 2 minute walk with buses heading into the city and other arear of Perth on a frequent basis. Perth city is just 10km away. WA famous winery and Chocolate Factor in the Swan Valley is only 14km away. Two famous beaches-Scarborough Beach and Trigg Beach are 15km away.
Morley Galleria is 18 minutes drive.
Lake Karrinyup Country Club gold course is only 14kms away.
Westside BMX club in Balcatta is only a few minutes walk from the property through the park.
Vasto Club is a few hundred metres away and a few minutes easy walk through the park.
Lake Monger is 22 minutes drive.
Barbagallo Raceway is about 29km's away.
A few surfing and family friendly beaches such as Scarborough beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour are within 20kms.
10km(17 minutes drive) to HBF Park(Perth Rectangular Stadium) East Perth, 9km(14 minutes drive) to Dorrien Gardens West Perth and 23km(27 minutes drive) to State Football Center in Queens Park.

There are 2 local shopping centres within a 5 minute walk. Many local dining choices such as Chinese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, pub, Kebab, fish and chips, pizza, 7-Eleven, 24/7 fast food and 24/7 grocery shop are all within very comfortable walking distance. Major and fashion shopping center- Karrinyup Shopping Center is 10km away. Close proximity to the freeway and highway to both domestic and international airports.

Please be advised the house is double storey with external staircases only and private seperate entrances. The guest house is located on ground floor with its own private entry without stairs in the house. We live upstairs looking after the house and accommodate any need you might have during your stay. We respect guests privacy. However we will be available if you need anything during your stay.

The house is a kid friendly house and non smoking house. We are very thoughtful of our neighbours so we will not allow any loud parties or gatherings.
