Set on 1.5 acres, 5 minutes drive from pristine beaches and cafes at Sawtell in rural Boambee on the beautiful Coffs Coast, this place enables the perfect family getaway. 5 minute drive from the airport, pet friendly and child-friendly.

This is the perfect holiday location - you'll never want to leave! There are numerous unspoilt beaches minutes away from family beaches to surf beaches; fabulous beach walks, bush walks and bike-riding places; places to hire paddle boards, kayaks; water parks, markets, cafes, restaurants to name but a few things in the area.
The house is within easy reach by car of all of these things.

The space
A relaxing family home with large verandah, grounds, aircon, pool and kids play equipment. We will vacate the place for visitors and pack away our things so visitors can unpack and relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Coffs Coast.

Guest access
You will be able to use the whole house and garden. We will have our belongings in 1 of the garages. We are happy for you to bring your pets. The back garden is fully-fenced and the verandah is fully covered, so they can relax there in the shade. We prefer that large dogs are kept outside, but can sleep in the laundry if needed.
Both main bedrooms have direct outside access.
You're welcome to use the washing machine, Wii and any other devices we leave. Please feel free to check before arrival what you need to bring.

We will be in touch on booking and can meet you on arrival if we are around. Otherwise, we are happy to leave you details or have our neighbour meet you. We will be contactable during the stay if you need any assistance

Private Oasis

Very clean, relaxing layout throughout, finished off perfectly with inground salt water pool and gorgeous gardens and lawns. Great area to relax under sun decking on portch. The younger ones enjoyed the Wii immensley. Everyone felt like extending their stay preferring to spend much of weekaround the property rather than going out.

We're a family of 5 who love to go away over Xmas so are happy to rent our house out whilst we are away. 2 of our girls are away at uni now, so only 3 of us (plus Cavoodle puppy) living at home. We love welcoming people to our beautiful home, which is equipped with all the home comforts you'll need for a great stay.

Why they chose this property

Coffs Harbour region is beautiful! You'll never want to leave. It has the perfect mix of beach and bush. Beaches are within an easy 10 minute drive and bush walks in state forests are within a 15 minute drive. There is so much to explore here, you'll love it!

Pool, garden, veranda, kids toys - you don't even need to leave home. 2 lounge areas inside allow you to escape the others if you need, plus if you need to catch up on work, we have an office area.
