Really nice place in a great location! Very roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Couch in the living room is sleep-able and comfy! Bathtub is a huge plus!

Well equipped spacious and top location

At the top end of Fitzroy Street overlooking the park with lovely views from the balcony and cafes on the street, also right by tram and bus stops. Inside it was very roomy, with everything you could ask for. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great place and great host

Marcus was a great host and was always available to help answer any queries my family had. The apartment itself is very spacious, has great features and amenities. It is surprisingly quiet given it is on a main street and there is a tram stop directly outside the property. The apartment was secure, comfortable, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend to stay here and would book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne. The apartment is very well located in the quiet area of St-Kilda near Brighton beach. The Ritz doesn’t fail to disappoint

A beautiful, tastefully decorated old charm apartment with the latest mod cons. The Ritz St Kilda is a large apartment located at the front of the property on the third floor. It has a balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by with views over Albert Park. The trams are a stones throw away to take you to the city and beyond. The walk is pleasant down to the Foreshore, where there are numerous eateries along the way. Marcus is an excellent host and his knowledge of the area is invaluable. I would strongly recommend this apartment, it felt like our home away from home. 10/10

Great communication. Few amenities improvement needed. Great location.

We had a great time. In winter wish the whole apartment would heat up nicely, but felt the heat mainly in the hallway and main area because of the aircon there. There is central heating but we couldn’t feel it but once in the covers we were ok. Few amenities could be added which I have given feedback to Marcus do hope he will think about those. Marcus was prompt in replying to any queries. Great view of the city from the apartment! The apartment entrance is a bit dodgy and dirty but the apartment itself is definitely maintained! Overall experience was above average! 👍

Just to clarify, the building entrance and common areas and managed by the Building corporation and out of our control unfortunately. However you will be happy to know that there is a full refurbishment coming for all common areas to bring this heritage listed building back to life. The central hydronic heating is usually super effective and heats the whole apartment In minutes so I think you may have had it on a different setting ? Anyway. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Marcus

Comfy spot in a hip location not far from the CBD

We very much enjoyed our stay here in St. Kilda. The location is great for easy walk to dining/shopping and the beach. Also very close to Albert park with a great view from the balcony. The parking and instructions for entry were a bit difficult when we arrived, but once we figured it all out, things went smoothly. Pillows could have been more comfy, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
