This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on the balcony level with its own kitchen, (1130 sq. ft.) and can sleep up to 6 adults with additional air mattress rental. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - A balcony off of the living room, large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, and a one car garage.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges do apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Property was very dirty. Light bulbs burned out, broken toilet seat. Pool and hot tub were very dirty also.

Things to consider

This property sits above four garages. You hear when others come and go. A dog park is across the street. The unit was unclean and the bed linens smelled upon arrival. Why did I pay a cleaning fee? There were many issues found immediately and handled properly. One was never addressed by owners per management company. It was okay but not recommended for assignment travelers.

Family trip

We had a quick trip to Mesquite for a family funeral in April. The property was just what we needed. I had booked it for 3, then other family members were able to come as well. Property manager was very helpful and arranged a larger condo for us. The condo itself was clean and well supplied. It was on the older side, the beds mattresses very firm (usually a problem for me but I was to tired to care this trip), the air conditioning worked best at 77 degrees (we went to the store and bought a fan to help move air around). It was April so still cooling off at night, that being the case, at night we turned the AC off and opened the windows. It is a quiet neighborhood with a dog park and park very close by. Loved having access to the attached one car garage. Over all it was everything it needed to be for us. FYI we were right next to the pool which we were not able to use but it looked inviting. Located on the west side of Mesquite just off the road going to Bunkerville. Close to Casa Blanca Casino, Wall Mart not far with gas station, and food palces

Just so so. Would not stay in this particular unit again but would consider trying another unit.

The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. Sofa sleeper was the only living room furniture and VERY uncomfortable to sit on. We asked for a chair but the owners declined. Very nice dining room set. Location was good for walking trails. Dog park was half block away so noisy if that bothers you. East facing balcony to see the sunrise. Close to hot tub and pool, but the pool is not heated in January. Cleanliness of the unit could have been better.
