Apartamento excelente, limpo e organizado. Ar-condicionado na sala e quartos o torna ainda melhor. Excelente área de churrasqueira com geladeira e freezer. Localização ótima. Anfitrião 100%. Zelador extremamente atencioso. Minha família gostou muito e já se fala em retornar em breve.

Excelente Apartamento

O Sílvio foi super prestativo, muito atenciosos ele e sua esposa, mesmo não estando presentes em todos os momentos nos responderam prontamente. O apartamento é impecável, lindo, limpo, com espaço para todos ficarem confortavelmente. A rua é um pouco difícil o acesso, mas fica próximo à praia do Sapê, que é muito limpa, não é cheia e com quiosques suficientes. No geral a experiência foi excelente, recomendo muito!

Apartamento muito bom

O apartamento e o condominio são muito bons. Recomendo a locação. O acesso é um problema, mas compensa a estadia. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e as fotos são fieis.
