Fabulous year round , this superbly appointed and decorated house is located directly opposite beautiful Peregian Beach. The Village, with many lovely and quaint boutiques, terrific coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants, is just a couple minutes drive away.
The house features two separate TV lounge areas, upstairs and downstairs, with Foxtel, Apple TV and unlimited WiFi internet. Also, two Sonos audio systems allow you to play your music in separate areas of the house. The layout is ideal for families with separate areas indoors and out fo you to spread out and relax.

Perfect family beach holiday house

Massive beach house with plenty of space to spread out and relax quietly or together. Great location, walking distance to patrolled beach, or across from unpatrolled beach. Huge swimming pool that was enjoyed by all and many decks to chill and read while enjoying the sounds of the waves across the road.

Over 60's girl trip

Very clean beautiful pool comfortable beds but the furniture was not very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful. The beach is easy access and beautiful. Would stay there again.

Incredible pool, wonderful house, great location!

We had an absolutely incredible stay - Craig & Marion are the most wonderful hosts. The pool was a family fave - the biggest private pool we've seen. Close proximity to amazing coffee, great food and the best gelato we've had! We will absolutely be back! Perfect house for a group of friends or multiple families!

Best Holiday Location Yet!

We have just spent the most comfortable relaxing week at a beautiful property and would have loved to stay longer given the chance. The property was everything as advertised plus more. Located a stone’s throw from a beautiful sandy beach provided us the opportunity to just walk across the road and watch magnificent sun rises from the beach. The pool was a family favourite as it was safe for the little ones and the big ones, we spent a lot of our stay in the pool. Marion and Craig were excellent hosts making the whole process very smooth including leaving us a package of life’s essentials Beer, Wine & Milk. We would fully recommend staying here, we will again.

Verde

Loved our week at Verde! Check in was seamless, and a slightly later check out, assisted no end with flights home. Craig was a great host and met us on arrival, outlining everything, including few minor items that were impacted by the recent massive downpours, loved the openness and honesty. House was great, all as per the website and perfect for our family of 5. Great seperate living areas, only comment would be sound if both TVs were playing was difficult between up and down stairs. Outdoor areas and pool perfect and size exceeded expectations, be great to have a couple of loungers around the pool as well as on upstairs decking areas. We will be back again sooner rather than later.

See, Hear and Smell the Beach!

I almost don't want to "let the cat out of the bag" but if you are chasing a quality stay on the Sunshine Coast - then Casa Verde (via Salty Stays) at Peregian is it! From the moment I was in contact with Marion (and later Craig) I felt welcome which was a sentiment extended throughout our stay. They are excellent hosts with your comforts in mind. We were the first guests to this esplanade property and loved the fact that we could see, hear and smell the beach from the house. Verde's layout was particularly appealing as it has 3 bedrooms downstairs (one ensuited) and 1 bedroom upstairs with balcony (also ensuited). There was plenty of space to spread out with living areas upstairs and down and a balcony to take in the view of the pool and sea beyond. A servery off the kitchen too was handy for entertaining. The decor and tastes of the owner are very "on-trend" yet the living areas are comfortable and offer the opportunity for relaxation. The appliances are good quality and the kitchen is well stocked for any dish to be prepared - this all adds to the high standard of the property. But for me it was the cleanliness and attention to detail of Marion and team that impressed me on inspection. The pool was a big hit with our kids (and us) as when we weren't in there we could at least sit and supervise in comfort poolside. A rare opportunity on a family holiday with active kids!?! We felt safe and private too as the property has security gates, pin code for the beach door and is fully fenced. As for the location at Peregian we had previously not stayed here on the Sunshine Coast. But what a hidden gem we have discovered at this Beach!?! Within walking distance is a village with excellent restaurants, IGA and other shops. Whilst on our stay we sampled the sit-down French restaurant, Italian takeaway, the fish & chip shop and the local Pub. All the meals were thoroughly enjoyed as was the convenience and the "family feel" to the village. We will be back!?!

Beautiful home, great location!

Beautiful home with dramatic ceilings, nicely fitted out with some lovely ornaments and artwork - clean and neat - perfect location. Huge master suite!! We’ll come back as soon as we can!

Peregian Getaway

Our Family felt very comfortable. Roomy enough for 7 multigenerational family members to find 'their' spot. Ocean views loved by all. Very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Left us with lovely memories.

Peaceful Peregian

Verde is very well presented and maintained with lovely views of the ocean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The sauna was a bonus and enjoyed by all of us. Perfect location close to Peregian Beach village, Noosa and the hinterland. Great house that suits 3-4 couples or a large family.

Peregian 'Paradise'

Our stay at this Peregian property was perfect, we all enjoyed our stay. This property was all it said it was on the online listing- we were all very comfortable, also just across from the beach and an easy walk to the Peregian shopping centre. The property managers were very helpful and were always ready to assist in anyway , if required. Can't wait to go back.

Peregian Palace

We spent 10 days at this amazing house and had the most wonderful family holiday. The house was stunning and really comfortable with every possible amenity thought of, the pool incredible and the position, right across the road from the beach, was simply magic. We can't wait to go back!

Peaceful retreat

The house was really lovely. The size and layout of the house meant that even with the wet weather, everyone had their own space to relax, but lovely big spaces to join together as well. Perfect place for a break.

Spacious beachside retreat

Huge house with plenty or room for our family of teens and young adults. The surf was quite big and not great for swimming for part of our stay so we made good use of the private pool. We had some changing covid border restrictions as visiting Victorians so thought we may have to depart early but in the end stayed the full week. We kept Marion and Craig informed throughout and they were very helpful. Lovely stay. Highly recommended

We had a really beautiful 2 weeks holiday here with our family and friends. Short stroll to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. Marion was great and helped us with all our questions We worked whilst we stayed. Plenty of space at the dining table and the internet is good

60th Birthday Getaway

I have been coming to Peregian Beach for over 40 years and this is the best accommodation I have stayed in so far.....a fabulous place to stay with room enough for the whole family. The views of the beach are amazing and the house has everything you need. The hosts were lovely and did everything they could to make our stay just perfect. Would thoroughly recommend and will return again for sure.

Craig is a Kiwi (never mind) and I am Swiss, together with the Salty Stays team we create meticulous hospitality.
