We are the back apartment which is stand alone providing a very secure and quiet location for our guests and within easy walking distance to the main street, port precedent, train station, supermarkets, bars and all that Echuca has to offer.
Supermarkets are within 400m walk, main street within 700m walk and Port area 10 to 15 minute walk. Train/Bus station is 450m walk over footbridge from Big W.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, separate toilet, laundry, open entertainment with kitchen, dining (seating for 8) and lounge opening to outside courtyard with BBQ and extra dining for 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, utensils etc. a laundry for all your washing requirements with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and all linen and towels are supplied. The lounge has a large colour TV (Smart TV) and DVD player. There is ducted roof heating and air-conditioning throughout entire apartment.
Off street parking with room for 3 cars (including a lockup garage for one car).

3 days on the adventure bikes with 3 mates and was great to get back to air conditioned comfort and relax outside and then short walk into town for a beer and feed - terrific place this one - cheers Steve
Relaxing stay in a very well equipped property. It was really comfortable. The position was excellent and handy to the port, supermarkets, and eateries. It was good to have access to a garage for our car. Jo was excellent with her communication in regard to the booking.

The house was exceptionally clean and everything a guest could need was considered, right down to bon bons and Christmas chocolates on the table. Highly recommend.
This is a very comfortable place to stay and we highly recommend it. we were up for the Riverboats Music Festival long long (hot!) weekend, and really enjoyed staying here. close enough to centre of town for an enjoyable walk or quick drive to the shops, pubs and restaurants, well-appointed, clean, comfy beds and good aircon for those really hot days. great value.
The house was well-situated and set-up. The weather was very hot during our stay in January, but the house had ducted air conditioning in every room which probably made all of the difference. All in all, an enjoyable stay in Echuca.
Found the Annesley property to be exactly as the advertisements stated. Very clean and perfectly located to the town centre. Amenities provided were excellent and we did not need anything else. Beds were comfortable as was the lounge and kitchen furniture. We had a couple of hot days and the air conditioner was a life saver. Also nice to have a lock up garage to keep the car safe and cool. Would and will recommend this property to anyone visiting Echuca.
