We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The owner is extremely good at communicating which made our time leading up to and during our stay so easy. Wonderful touches such as cut wood for the fire place ready to use were greatly appreciated. Great hospitality!
Highly recommend!!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and many thanks to you and your family for being such lovely guests. I would be delighted to have you stay again.
House suited us very well. The wood fire kept us cozy and warm. We created our own fire guard as we had young children. Comfortable beds. Lots of outdoor space to explore and play in for children. Enjoyed playing ping-pong. Enjoyed the views from every room.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at Topsy’s Corner and made use of the fireplace, large garden and ping pong table. Many thanks for leaving the house so clean and tidy.
We had a good stay at this property and had lots of room. Property is very neat but probably needs a thorough clean of carpets and cobwebs need to be attended to. It is in a great location but furniture is a bit dated.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and the early check in at no extra cost. The house is clean and tidy and as advertised in the photos. It is a holiday home in the country, where there's always a few spiders about, so apologies if we missed a couple of webs before your stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. Master bed was super comfortable. Place was very clean and tidy. It was well set up with everything we needed and enjoyed the garden outside. It was no problem to drive 15 mins into town.
Long weekend catch up with the boys.
House provided everything that we required.
Great fireplace with plenty of firewood provided.
Would recommend this home stay.
This house was excellent for our adult family as a base to do things in Orange. We were there over three very wet cold days in July. The drive into town wasn't a problem, having plenty of drivers. Spacious, it was also warm and cosy on such a cold, wet weekend. The house is very well kept, exceptionally clean, with everything in order. Well laid out, it has four spacious bedrooms away from the living area. These gave our three university student kids some individual privacy, and had cosy comfortable beds, with plenty of extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was very well supplied with crockery and utensils, so we were able to have local friends for a brunch one morning. A box of clean toys kept small children occupied.
We will happily return for another (hopefully sunnier!) weekend in Orange.
Was the perfect weekend away. House is wonderful and well maintained, close enough to Orange and the surrounding towns and far enough away for a quiet weekend away.
Very large house & property with lovely outlook.
Property was covered in snow when we arrived &
it looked absolutely beautiful. Fireplaces & air conditioner
that kept us nice and cozy. Very comfy beds with electric
blankets. Very large well equipped kitchen. Nice location
close to Orange. Definitely recommended, everything
was perfect, we had a enjoyable stay.

Nice property pretty place good location , good size house ,prefer if the place was cleaned before guests arrive as well as after ,as lots of bugs inside , and house very stuffy as it’s not lived in and closed up most of the time ,

Thank you for your comment. We have a good cleaner, who changes the linen and cleans the house after every group of guests has departed. During Covid, we have maintained 4 to 5 days free between bookings. We have also (thankfully) had plenty of rain, which may have contributed to the house seeming stuffy. Bugs are a fact of life in the country and we do our best to keep them out.
We have not had any problems before or since your stay, however we are always keen to improve the experience of our guests and will look into your issues and make any improvements that we can.
Beautiful house with plenty of firewood to keep us warm during the winter nights and at a tranquil location. Also, Margaret is very responsive to my questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away with my friends!
We had a wonderful stay, thank you to Margaret, the house was warm and cosy, the 2 lounges were perfect for our 2 families, kids and TV in one lounge and adult relaxing in the other. Lots of firewood was available and the house was perfect for long winter dinners.
Great size house ...8 adults all enjoyed stay ..come for the v8s....both bathrooms have the toilets in with shower, no freestanding toilet was our only complaint cause morning peak time was difficult
But Great place to stay for a large group
