Nice Apartment and Convenient Location

This was a nice apartment that met all of our expectations. It was in a great location and within walking distance of many downtown sights and restaurants. We did experience some late night noise from the adjacent nightclub.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 4. Close to Santa Lucia, Plaza de Armas, etc. Walking distance to San Cristobal. Book of instructions was very helpful to find money exchange, botelleria, restaurants, etc. Easy trip to/from airport. Fun to sit on the balcony a d people watch

The host was very poor in terms of communication. Even on the day of arrival we still haven't been given any check-in details and I had to resort to calling vrbo to get these.The apartment is dated, and the AC is only in the main room not any of the bedrooms. Cleaning this wasn't brilliant as I noted some hair on the rug from previous. However this is a cheap and cheerful place centrary located

Great location

The apartment was in a perfect location - walkable to great restaurants and the metro. The single bed in the 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress. The pull out couch in the living room was very uncomfortable - we put cushions down to sit on. With 4 adults, it was not great to sit around and chat. The instructions for the laundry were not accurate but we figured it out. Overall good value for what it was. The host was very responsive which was very helpful!

Great Apartment & Location

The apartment is excellently appointed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is very clean and well maintained. The location is great being central to all the important sites and amenities in Santiago Chile. James was a very helpful property manager with his advice. We will book this apartment again when we next visit Santiago to see friends and family.
