About this property

3 BR / 2 BA Beautiful Home w/ Loft or Office Space & Clear View of Beach

Welcome to Invested Time - a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a loft / office space located conveniently across the road from a vacant property where not even a sand dune can obstruct your view of Alabama's beautiful sandy beaches.

Upon entering our beach house, guests will walk into an open floor plan of a large living room and kitchen, with the kitchen accommodating up to 10 guests at one time. Our house also offers a master bedroom suite and connecting bathroom (double vanity sink, walk in shower w/ 2 shower heads on opposite sides, and spa tub), 2 queen bed rooms that share a 2nd bathroom in between, and a spiral staircase to an open loft space with a queen -sized bed and reading nook. For anyone having to work during their vacation stay, this space also includes a desk and chair positioned across the front half moon window so guests have a direct view of the beach. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and plenty of space to store your belongings. We do have a pack-n-play in one of the spare bedroom closets for anyone that may need it. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your enjoyment. The parking space under the house on ground level is large enough to accommodate vehicles, boats, jet-skis, etc. The boat launch to Mobile Bay is three miles from our house's location. Also included on our ground level is a smaller charcoal grill, a wagon full of beach and sand toys for children of all ages, and a wooden table that can seat up to 6 people. Located in the rear, is an outdoor shower with more than enough privacy. The yard is enclosed with a beach fence.

My husband and I hope that you love staying and vacationing here as much as we do. We are dedicated and committed to ensure that your visit with us is the best experience possible. To each of our guests, we hope for any future vacations you will not hesitate to book your next adventure here at our beach house. Please keep in mind that we prefer a Saturday to Saturday reservation during main season, however, we will accommodate if it necessary.

This home was exactly how it was advertised, plus some! We got scenery from the bay, AND the gulf! The owner is very responsive, and kind. I couldn’t help but fall in love with that master bathroom, and that nice shower downstairs outside! Too many positives to write! Favorite Beach Desitnation

My family stayed at this property for a week instead of the typical condo over in Gulf Shores. This was well worth the price we paid and the pictures do not provide the property with it’s worth. Perfect house for a family, extended family, and/or group of friends. You literally are steps from the beach and you can watch the dolphins as they swim by. The house is about 25 minutes from all the Gulf Shores attractions, so that may be something to consider when booking; however, if your desire is to spend time on a less populated beach, then this is where you’ll find it. It is very easy to spend days out here while on vacation and not head in to town. This property is well worth the experience and price.

Irish Eyes Are Smiling

My aunts from Waterford, Ireland, and I stayed 2 weeks at Wanda’s home on the beach. We were so happy we chose this rental. We have been to Fort Morgan at least 8 times over the years, and Wanda’s place was absolutely beautiful! She’ll is the cleaner, and she had the place spotless before we arrived. I mean is you are a clean freak, look no further. This is home!! Thank you, She’ll, for all your hard work!!!!❤️. Wanda has great taste in decorating, and my daughter absolutely loves the lift with its unique desk and space! There were four actual beds, with three beds on main floor and a queen upstairs. And if needed, there is a Queen pullout. We only ate out twice during our stay, and that was because the house had everything we needed to cook!! All in all, the Irish love Wanda’s place!!!
