The first floor living space includes a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and bar seating 6. Conveniently access our covered deck through the sliding glass doors off the living/dining space to enjoy the sound of the waves and Gulf breezes.

Sleeping accommodations on the first floor include: Southeast master bedroom with a king bed offering direct deck access, Gulf views and a full private bathroom with a stand up shower. Northeast master bedroom with a king bed features a full private bathroom with a stand up shower and offers views of the new large private pool. The southwest master bedroom with a king bed offers direct deck access and Gulf views. The residential elevator serves this room directly from the ground floor, so unloading groceries and luggage is a breeze! This master bedroom includes a full private bathroom with a stand up shower. The northwest bedroom comfortably accommodates 2 double beds, offers views of the new large private pool and shares the hallway bathroom with a stand up shower.

The elevator accesses the main living space from the ground floor, entering the southwest master bedroom. The additional refrigerator and ground floor bathroom make your time at the new pool even more convenient.
