This 3700 Square foot home is Located in the Premier PEAKS Mountain Estates, over looking beautiful Sunday River Ski Resort. Nestled on a large private lot, (not in village sub-division). Specially designed for two - three families featuring: Large 8 person Hot Tub, Large 1st floor Great room with floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace. Send the kids to the lower level where there is another large family / game room where they can enjoy watching on a 55" TV, playing Xbox one, air hockey, foos ball or some classic video games on the multi-cade arcade machine with hundreds of games. Enjoy the spectacular views of Sunday River, from the large wrap around deck accessed through 3 large glass sliders. Adults want a space of their own, enjoy drinks at the custom bar over looking the slopes and at night and watch the snow cats groom the mountain under the stars. The fully equipped stainless kitchen with custom to ceiling cabinets, granite counter tops and gas stove, make hanging out with family a pleasure. Plenty of seating for 12 at large high top dining table and another 4 at the center island/ bar. After a hard day at play, soak in the hot tub under the custom built Pergola which covers just enough so you don't worry about rain or snow but can still watch the fireworks at Sunday River (weekends during ski season). Store your skis in the two car attached garage and hang your ski wear in the large mudroom to dry for the next day of skiing. New firepit with plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the mountain and beautiful stars at night.

In the winter you can ice-skate, snowshoe, go sledding, cross country ski and the connecting snowmobile trail right at the bottom of the hill.

In the Spring, Summer, and Fall you can golf at Sunday River or the Bethel Inn Country Club or head to Sunday River for one of the exciting activities that are featured at the mountain. Take a scenic drive to Conway to shop at outlets or visit Story-land for the kids. Stop by Frenchman Hole for a dip. Take pictures at the scenic covered bridge near by.

A wonderful home to relax and unwind. The home has all brand new furniture and accessories. It is just minutes to the South Ridge base lodge or take the bus at the bottom of the road. Come and stay with all the comforts of home and then some.

Please note this is not a typical rental, this house only sleeps 10 adults with balance in children. We will not rent to large groups and no functions can be held at house. Once we have spoken to you via phone and confirmed your group, your reservation will be approved.
