Our charming newly painted two bedroom home has polished floorboards, high ceilings, picture rails, all the features you would expect of a 1940’s full brick Orange home.

This is the front apartment of a two apartment house, both with separate entrances. Its ideally located in a quiet part of Orange, opposite Wade Park and the CBD a two block stroll away. The local pub and a number of great cafés are even closer. We have provided the essentials to make your stay in Orange very comfortable.

Orange Croquet competition stay

The property inside was very clean, well presented, the linen extremely good. The location so close to the centre of town was much appreciated. Much to our surprise and great appreciation, the fresh milk, bread, eggs and bacon in the fridge was indeed a very thoughtful touch, showed the generosity of our hosts. The bathroom does have an issue with damp and the taps were incredibly hard to stop from dripping.But loved the place would stay there again without a second thought.

Great for a short trip

Positives: the owner was really responsive and helpful. House is situated very close to the city centre. Suggestions for improvement are the heating really isnt sufficient in that type of older house, and the oven needed a clean.

Orange visit

The house was fine & comfortable although the heating was not very good & we could have used extra blankets. On the surface things were clean but inside the cupboards & drawers, surfaces were in need of a good clean. Noise carried from movement in the back unit which was a bit annoying.

Great location, close to town.

Beds were extremely comfortable and all rooms had heating available. Quiet neighbourhood, handy to town. Kitchen facilities were good. We were surprised there were no laundry facilities, but this was our fault as we didn't check the listing properly beforehand and the owner was helpful with directions to where the laundromat was. Owner was quick to reply to any queries and very helpful.

Great location with all the essentials

A friend and I stayed here over the weekend for a wedding we were attending. The property had everything we needed. Cute bonus was the bacon, eggs, spreads and bread left for us in the fridge; we don't eat any of that stuff but the thought definitely counted. Thank you Andrew and Co.

This property was more than we expected. It was very clean and tidy, with a few surprises in the fridge along with the essentials. What a great place to stay easy walk to Main Street and comfortable accomodation.

Peaceful stray in Orange NSW

Clean house in Orange NSW, ~10 min walk to the central street and supermarkets. Quiet with front rose garden. Polished floor, nice art on the walls. We had nice peaceful stay.

Quiet location

A very comfortable two bedroom house in a quiet location and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. There is a well equipped kitchen including a generous supply of provisions. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommended.

Pleasant stay.

Considering we were in town for several medical appointments we did enjoy our stay at 103 Lords Place. The property was clean with essential needs taken care of. It is very handy to the CBD and also very close to a great coffee and meal establishment.

Exceptional hospitality

Staying at this gorgeous property is like living in a home away from home, so many personal touches like basic foods being left for our enjoyment was so appreciated along with a large selection of DVDs, comfortable bedding and a lot of information regarding local attractions. I was so impressed when I first walked through the door at the size and cleanliness of the property - it definitely exceeded our expectations and was the perfect accomodation for my small family.
