Located in the heart of downtown Winter Park in the Hideaway Station building! This modern and amenity-laden condominium is perfect for smaller families or friends who want to enjoy the outdoor activities but also add the entertainment of walking to summer concerts and night life in this upcoming mountain town. Only 35-40 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium loft is comfortable, cozy, and has modern decor.
After a long day of summer or winter activities, come back to this condo and enjoy cooking in this modern kitchen. With white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, low-hanging overhead lights, and bar stools, you can chat with your family and friends while they sit at one of the three bar stools at the countertop.
The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining room with this open living space with plenty of natural light and views of downtown Winter Park. Plus, catch a game or watch a Netflix show on the smart TV above the gas fire place.
Connected to the living area is a small patio that you can enjoy as you drink morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the sunset.
The dining table has plenty of seating for family or friends time, enjoy game night or a home cooked meal while watching your favorite show from the living room.
There is a large community hot tub in building TE that our guests have access to which is nice after a long day that can be enjoyed summer or winter!
The main bedroom features a king-size bed with a connected private, clean-white bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower. With a smart, cable TV and large sound/light blocking curtains get a restful sleep and not be woken up by the morning light. The second bedroom also contains a Smart TV and curtains along with a sound machine for those light sleepers. There is a bathroom down the hall that is shared with the bunk beds in the hallway.
Cleaning:
We follow policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards outlined by VRMA, WHO and the CDC for Covid-19. Our cleaners sanitize each property before your stay.
