This iconic 2-storey family home is the perfect space to unwind, relax, soak up some sunshine, and enjoy the incredible panoramic views overlooking Collers Beach and the Pacific Ocean from every bedroom.

Only a few minutes from Mollymook, Nirvana is the ideal private retreat for those wanting a mid-winter escape or a summer getaway with family or friends.
Offering a large open-plan living and dining area and an all-weather alfresco deck overlooking the waves, Nirvana provides something for everyone. Gaggenau appliances and top-of-the-range features throughout the house provide you with modern luxury.

Nirvana is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property with a capacity for ten guests and room for four additional guests on request.

The room configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 5: 1 x Kind bed with ensuite

Rooms 6 and 7 can be converted into extra sleeping with 2 x Murphy beds.
An additional cost of $25 per person per night is required.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS ONLY AIR CONDITIONING IN ONE BEDROOM THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROPERTY.

Each bedroom has a view overlooking the water, with cooling ocean breezes.

There is a lockup garage, parking on the property and plenty of safe, free off-street parking.

A children's rumpus room downstairs offers board games, table tennis, books, and an eating area.
An upstairs sitting room provides a large-screen TV and DVDs, making it the perfect stay for families of all ages.

A large workspace/study with work chairs is also available for those wanting to work away.
Wifi is provided throughout the whole house.
Download speeds are 25mb/s and upload speeds are 5mb/s, though this might change if you use VPNs. A fixed line is provided in the study where you can connect via cable from the modem to your device directly to get the best service.

A wet room equipped with snorkelling, fishing, surfing, SUP, and kayak gear for you to enjoy the surf right at your backdoor. With an outdoor hot/cold shower to wash yourself off.

Magic Beach

the most wonderful location for my family. With little ones searching for shells on the magic beach and swimming in the rock pools, to the die hard surfers that had the golf course reef right in front of them it was the most magic time for us Thankyou so much for having us we will definately be returning

Amazing home at an amazing location

Perfect home for 8 ladies to celebrate my birthday for the weekend. The house was amazing with views from every room . A massive deck overlooking the ocean with direct access to the beach.

Amazing Short Break

Nirvana is simply one of the best property's I've ever stayed in. Mollymook is such a lovely area and Nirvana Beach House is in an incredible location. The house is so comfortable and relaxing. It is nicely appointed and well stocked with everything you need for a fabulous holiday.

A very rare and exciting location ... Featuring the ultimate in privacy and absolutley stunning ocean ... headland ... beach and point break views.
In todays world the authorities would not allow you to build on a rare site such as Nirvana.

What makes this property unique

The home has had three renovations over the years each one has added to better and improve the homes features ... which are many.
The one thing you cannot change is the position ... absolute beach front with a perfect northeast aspect and breathtaking ocean views ... but don't forget the numerous features of the home ... Nirvana can easily accommodate 10 + people ... The home is designed for families wanting an extended holiday or short weekend or mid-week breaks. Very popular and a stunning place to escape in winter.
