Great place to stay! Very clean and cleverly laid out reno, close to the beach and golf club. We stayed during a heatwave and air con kept us completely comfortable. Well set up for kids and pet friendly. Host was very easy to communicate with.
Good location walking proximity to Mollymook. Standard accomodation had most things we needed to remain occupied with young children for a rainy weekend. Managed to get a fired going in the yard, firewood ready to go for marshmallows which was nice.
Our host Justin was very responsive to our queries. Really enjoyed the space and bunk area for the kids. We played badminton in the front yard and cricket in the backyard. For sporty families this place is great as there are myriad sporting equipment, so no need to fill the car like the Griswald family.
We stayed as multiple families with children, and the triple bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids. We had been informed in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but having linens provided would have been appreciated. The clothes dryer was very helpful, and I think it’s something worth highlighting. If I may add one more wish, a dishwasher would have been nice. We’d love to stay again. We made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

3 good double bedrooms, lots of bunks for extra people, convenient location, very clean and quiet.
Great Location and was perfect for us travelling with a dog
It was perfect for our dog and had everything we needed for an awesome long weekend.A huge thank you to the amazing cleaner who we met on checkin, who helped out with linen and towels as I did not read instructions oops. Definitely on my list to stay there again on my next trip to Mollymook.
Good property all round, plenty of beds.Only thing is the small step into the bunk bedroom, everyone fell after miss stepping on it, it needs to be larger to prevent a bad accident.
We loved our stay. The house was kitted out with everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure

Short weekend stay with family
Nice weekend in mollymook. House was great for our group as it has many sleeping options. House located in great place. House was comfortable but could do with a thorough clean.
Rooms suited our needs. Bunk room fantastic for kids. Bathrooms beautiful. Easy walk to beach and short drive to shops in Ulladullah. House has everything you need. Lounge furniture was comfortable but had a few marks on it. Overall,we enjoyed our stay there.
Great location. Bathroom was great. Loungeroom and bedrooms disgraceful (behind the lounge was filthy. Had empty bottles and an array of litter as well as very dirty ) also behind the bed and under the bed was dirty. Kitchen was adequate but not very clean and surfaces were greasy. The yard was great for our dog. Would never stay there again though despite the great location. Was very expensive paid over 600 for two nights and expected the place to be clean.
Well equipped house perfect for a weekend get away or longer stay. House and yard is neat and tidy. Bathrooms, kitchens and furniture all clean and fresh. I would definitely be happy to come back for another stay.
Great value pet friendly house easy walk to the beach
Was exactly as stated in the advertisement and what we expected given the low price range. Easy stroll to the beach and cafes, and good fenced in back yard for our 4 legged friends. Good selection of bikes, boards, snorkels etc to use was a great bonus.
The property was very clean, and had a good secure yard for my dog.1 of the beds is King Size not Queen, which would have been good to know as we had to take our own sheets and they wouldn't fit on the bed because we were told it was Queen size. There was no light bulb in 1 of the bathrooms, and half the bedside lamps didn't plug in (socket too far away and there was not extension cord provided).Other than the sheet/bed size and light issues, good house, really good location, easy to walk to Mollymook beach.
Apart from the seemingly newly renovated bathrooms the property has to be the worst, unclean, unsanitary accommodation I have ever stayed in. Everything- furnishings, plates cutlery glassware cups curtains bedding blinds EVERYTHING was dirty, putrid, damaged and made you feel dirty the whole time. Terrible!!! I can’t believe you allow this type of accommodation on your site and charge people there hard earned money to stay here!! If there is a such “slum lord” label for someone leasing their property for holiday accommodation - this is it!!! We had to buy utensils, plates etc just to eat - I am so angry and would like a full refund and apology- I have many photos if interested.

We accept the house is a little old. We feel that $400 for a weekend in Summer is good value. I’m sorry you had a bad experience
Nice house in great location, it truly is just a short walk to the beach. The beds are advertised as 3 queens & singles and we took linen for such. They are actually 1 double, 1 queen and a king. The floors needed mopping. Was great to have a fenced yard for the children to play.
After an unavoidable incident meant the house had not been cleaned for our arrival, the hosts were easy to contact, easy to deal with, very apologetic and excellent in assisting us. The house is spacious and comfortable and as described in the listing. We loved our stay and would come again. We took our teenaged children who brought friends and there was plenty of space. Equipment in garage is fantastic too.
