The home is 2.7km to the town of Warwick which is a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. The home is a 40 minute drive to beautiful Stanthorpe which is known for its wonderful wineries and fresh produce. It is 33 minutes drive to Queen Mary Falls (with Browns Falls and Daggs falls lookout on the way).
The home is renovated and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office and a bar room. The main bedroom has reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in robe and an ensuite. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the house. Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath tub.
2 of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a daybed that can be used as a couch, a single bed, or pulled out into a King size bed. The lounge also has a sofa bed. All up the home can sleep up to 8 guests.
There is an internal laundry, air conditioning in the lounge and dining areas, large kitchen and a seperate office.
The property also has a double lock-up garage for use by our guests and ample parking at the front of the home for multiple vehicles.
There is a large back deck for entertaining with a pool table, dining table and outdoor lounge.
Wifi is included and there is a 65" smart TV in the lounge room equipped with sound system - great for watching movies!
The lounge room also has it's own remote control operated gas fireplace for those colder nights.
There is a swimming pool for your enjoyment which has an undercover lounging area and there are 2 sunbeds for sun-baking.
The back yard is fully fenced for dogs if you'd like to bring your pet with you on your getaway.
Please note, there may be horses in the paddocks around the home during your stay and there may be people tending to the horses. They will not go into the house or houseyard - Please do not go into the paddocks or touch the horses. Please note, single lock up garage is not for guest use (double lockup garage is for guests).

Absolutely stunning home. Everything was beautiful and very spacious. The electric fireplace added such a beautiful atmosphere to the home, and owner was so kind and easy to message. Would stay again in a heart beat.
This property is absolutely beautiful, love the interior, and very clean as well. I arrived early and a Laura allowed me an early check in and a late check out (thank you Laura!). I would definitely come back :)

This is a really lovely place to stay
Well Presented, well thought out and appointed. Very much a quality old home feel, I would happily stay here again.
The house is impressive, very suitable for groups, but me and the wife stayed on our own and really enjoyed. Pool is beautiful. Location is serene and private. Interior is super fresh and well thought out. Even has pool table. Keen to stay again.
This property was the ideal location and venue. The hostess was quick and gracious to respond to queries (even if one was a little silly)
The property is on average but close to town which was fantastic for a couple of bushies and it was able to get big vehicles off the road.
Most of all it was clean, tidy and welcoming 😊
Our stay was so enjoyable. The house was beautifully appointed and included all the little touches which made us feel at home. The property is ideal for those travelling with dogs, secure fencing and covered deck. Thank you Laura for sharing you lovely property 😊
