This was such a beautiful property! Each place to stay had everything we needed and more. Our team-building weekend was a success with basketball play, a pickleball tournament, relaxing pool time & evenings at the fire pit with s’mores! I was so impressed with the kitchen & bar areas. We brought kitchen things with us for cooking meals (you never know when you’re renting), but nothing was needed! It was all provided! Our whole group enjoyed the weekend! Thank you!

Great rental for a group. Pool and amenities are very good. Nice bar area but wine refrigerator is not very cold, please ask about this if you want to stash chilled beverages there. Property is beautiful and well-kept. There are a couple of very nice outside cats running around, not a problem for me, but think twice if someone in your group is deathly allergic. All in all, our group was very pleased. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property was perfect for our big family. Lots of room to get ready for a wedding and play outside. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but this would be a great summer vacation or family reunion accommodation. Would love to know the history of the compound.

Great experience!

Highly recommend this property for large groups! We used the property for my husbands 40th bday weekend and floated the river. It was a great size for our group and nice to have separate houses to provide space for each couple/family. Highly recommend and will stay here again if back in the area!

Great get away for the family

We took a big group, close to 20. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy themselves. We played ping pong, basketball, wiffle ball, did crafts with the kids, and enjoyed cooking on the back porch. Definitely recommend this location for a family get away.

Great Experience at Stone Haven Ranch

We were interested in a place that had room for our family of 22 adults, teens and children. We hoped for a retreat from the busyness of our lives and time to be together. We needed to cook together and play games together, be in a pool together. We also wanted access to grocery shopping, cafes, museums and outdoor activities. This VRBO was ideal for all of this. We loved our stay!

Great Ranch

We had a large reunion gathering and the property was great. Pool and houses were all in great shape and well-maintained. Only small complaint were the poor pillows in the bedrooms. We enjoyed it overall.

Perfect Reunion House

We had an amazing long weekend at Stonehaven. There was was plenty of room for the 12 adults and 8 kids that came. It’s close enough to town for grocery runs but far enough to feel like you’re on your own ranch. The private houses made naps east for the little ones.

Hill country stay

The property itself was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space and well maintained and pretty much everything we wanted. The only disappointment was the pickleball courts. One had very large cracks and was unplayable and potentially dangerous. The other court had many cracks but not as large and we used that one.

80 yr birthday family gathering

The property was groomed very nicely with beautiful scenic views. The main home and cottages were updated and very clean. For a home rental that housed 22 guests, the kitchen was a bit small and limited on cool air flow, could use a second handy fridge and larger dining seating area. We like to sit together as a family and break bread. The back porch is lovely space for a small group with ceiling fans. We had fantastic weather in July! Would definitely rent this again.

Incredible property - Great for Retreats!

We used this property as a location for a small couples retreat, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is nestled in a beautiful hill country setting, and we had everything we needed to make the weekend special and memorable for everyone that came. We loved using the firepit, and we had everything we needed to cook and eat some delicious meals. There was also a lot of room around the property to roam around and experience some peace & calm. The bedrooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing, clean, and cozy time away from the city. We will definitely be booking this place again for future events. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Love, love, love

For 14 years a group of women has been getting together one weekend each summer. There are 15+ women and we stay at a different location each year so finding a place can sometimes be difficult. As the planner, Stonehaven made me look like a rockstar. This place was ideal for our gathering and definitely in the top 3 of the places we have stayed. Everyone was so impressed with the whole property. We've run into various glitches at places throughout our years but there was not a single problem all weekend. Everything from cleanliness to the smallest details (awesome shampoo/conditioner/body wash) was great. We always get a private pool (super nice) but the pickleball courts were an added bonus. If we ever decide to go back to a place, we would not hesitate coming back to Stonehaven. Thanks for making this year's Girls' Weekend Getaway memorable.
