"The Summer House" Gulf front Townhome

The Summer House sleeps ten within the three bedrooms. The master conveys a king size bed. The same floor has a bedroom that sleeps four with two queen size beds and yet another bedroom on the main level sleeps two with another queen bed, and a convertible couch that folds into a full size bed that will sleep two.
Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom en suite.
All of this is provided with high quality linens and towels to accommodate you and your family.
Drive up to covered parking under the townhome which features a wood deck area with Gas grill and private outdoor shower to wash the sand off. A storage closet in the same area provides sand toys, floats, kiddie pools and beach chairs with umbrella!
Off of the main level bedroom a fully equipped laundry room features a new washer and dryer. Above these appliances is a storage basket which has beach towels provided for you.
Step out onto one of two decks for a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a smaller private deck provided with comfortable chairs and side table. This deck can be used for reading or enjoying coffee or your favorite drink, with your own private view.
A large deck off of the living room sports a set of patio furniture that features a glass top table and seats six plus comfortably. Resin bar stools allow unobstructed views of the Gulf and provide a place to soak up the warm sun and nap.
You can access the beach by going through the gate at the top of this deck. The Gulf is literaly steps away.
