Welcome to the Bastide Provence, Nice for holidays in the Land of the Sun!
In the heart of the Aix countryside, the charm of a beautiful Provencal Bastide of 95 m2, fully equipped, terraced and renovated, in the center of a vast private property, quiet and 10 minutes from the city center of Aix-en-Provence. -Provence.
Nice benefits, all comforts.
Two very pleasant rooms on the floor [each with a double bed], separated by a beautiful shower room mosaic + separate toilet.
On the ground floor, large fully equipped kitchen [Fridge I Oven I Coffee maker Senseo I Dishwasher I Microwave I Fridge I Washing machine I ...] opening onto a summer terrace and a beautiful alley of olive trees and lavenders. Also on the ground floor, a large living room of 35 m2 overlooking a deep terrace and a garden with orchards and swimming pool.
Between the kitchen and living room a passage room, but closed with two doors, with two additional beds [2 single beds] and second independent toilet. Private pool, pool house, barbecue. Many parking on site. Close to all highways, TGV station and Marseille-Provence Airport 20 minutes.
€ 950 / € 1450 / € 1750 including VAT, per week according to period and length of stay
[Degressive rate granted, from the third week of rental].
The tenant has a TOTAL enjoyment of the pool and its surroundings. The calm is total. No vis à vis.

Idéal séjour

Lieu confortable, idéalement placé, au calme et à proximité de toutes les activités qu’offrent la région. Propriétaire discret, accueillant, généreux à l’écoute de ses hôtes, la maison dispose de toutes les commodités et la piscine privative est magnifique. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Good stay but close to owner

It was a really nice trip. The house is cool. The pool is pretty much as expected. However, as mentioned in the description, the house is located too close to owner’s place, which makes you feel a little bit not confortable. One day, he came up with furious nerves because we’ve got the TV outside and put some music on. The furnitures are ok but it’s missing many essential things for a week stay. Beside this, it’s a pretty much good place to stay.

Un séjour Luxueux et ultra reposant

Magnifique maison au milieu de nul part... et pourtant à 5 min en voiture de tous les commerces et à 10 min du centre d Aix. Calme absolu On vit dehors La piscine complètement intégrée au jardin est parfaite. Le jardin est canon avec Oliviers fleurs arbres plantes et vergers ! Barbecue haut de gamme au gaz électroménager idem Medi le propriétaire est invisible ( part tôt revient tard )et pourtant aux petits soins et adorable, son bonheur est le vôtre Vous vous sentez bien dans cette semaine Bouteille et jus pour nous accueillir Nous avons clairement retenu l adresse et nous la conseillons à tout le monde !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est charmant et d'une discrétion absolue. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La piscine est grande et agréable. La région de Provence est magnifique, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter.

Excellentes vacances !!!

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée ,terrain sécurisé et une grande piscine qui a fait le plus grand bonheur des parents et surtout des enfants . De nombreux lauriers rose, des oliviers, des lavandes, et un magnifique pin qui sert de parasol naturel pour déjeuner . La proximité du centre de Aix est appréciable , sans avoir les nuisances de la ville. Le calme est au rdv. Le propriétaire est très agréable, prêt à répondre à nos demandes, en étant très discret. Nous espérons revenir l'an prochain
