The property was perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the lake! All of the trees made it feel very cozy, like we were in paradise when we would swim in the pool, which was beautiful. The house was very pretty and clean. Kathy was very responsive if we reached out to her with any questions. She provided very detailed instructions on how to get to the property and how to get in. The extra, fun appliances like the pizza oven made for an incredibly fun family night! We loved our stay and made a lot of wonderful family memories!

My husband and I needed a well needed vacation from our first responder careers so we found this place. This place exceeded our expectations! From the very start of booking this amazing vacation, we had phenomenal communication from Kathy! She was very sweet, responsive and checked on us during our stay. Everything was perfect! Upon arrival, we were so overwhelmed by how beautiful everything was. Clean and very well stocked! From the peaceful atmosphere to the water oasis outside that was so relaxing! It was a perfect vacation spot. The lake was amazing and the pool was just as great. We will definitely be back again! I highly recommend this place. It is very worth it and hard to leave! INCREDIBLE Getaway on The Lake!

We had an amazing weekend at Lake Travis staying at this hidden oasis. Everything was fantastic, communication with the host was next-level, very clean, quiet, couldn't recommend it enough. Look no further than this perfect home for a weekend or week away!

We love staying at this property. It is a beautiful house overlooking the lake. Luxurious pool and hot tub The house inside is very well equipped and features a beautiful well-stocked kitchen. Great amenities, great location and the most beautiful sunsets overlooking the lake. The owner is very communicative and accessible. Well worth the price.

This is a stunning lake house with a pool, spa, and breathtaking views. I was able to bring my Cavapoo, Remi Roo, who loved his vacation as much as we did. The home is pet-friendly. We spent a lot of our time on the lovely patio because it had two large fans, a nice breeze, and that gorgeous view. My favorite part of the day was coffee on the patio with the dog every morning, before anyone else got up. We all loved watching hummingbirds and butterflies on the beautiful flowers surrounding the spa. The pool and spa are partially shaded throughout the day by the gorgeous live oaks, so we swam every day. Both are well kept and clean. The pool wasn't too hot in the August Texas sun, thanks to the lovely waterfalls and the shade.At night, we rented movies and watched them on the huge fabulous TV in the living room with popcorn. So much family time fun!We loved this house so much that we only left the property a couple of times during our 7-night stay to eat out, because the view here was truly as good as any restaurant in the area.The kitchen has pretty much everything you would need to cook meals, which in my experience, is unusual for house vacation rentals - we've stayed in luxury homes in Cambria, CA, Trinidad, CA, and several places in Texas. None had anywhere near the amenities. Kathy also left us coffee cake and wine.The beds were comfy and the pillows were wonderful. Communication from the hostess was great, too. We were sad to leave, but will be back.

A trip to Paradise

When you arrive at this property, the word “paradise” adorns the gate. To say that this lake house is paradise is an understatement. This may be the most beautiful vacation home I’ve ever rented. Every detail of the home decor, every amenity, is perfect. Kathy is the most gracious owner, and she made us feel completely at ease about every step of the rental process. I can’t recommend this home enough! The lake views, the pool/hot tub, the dock and kayaks all made for a magical family vacation. My children, as well as their grandparents, had the very best time.

Spectacular Getaway Setting

There are only superlatives to describe the Lake Travis Treehouse! The communication with the property owner, Kathy, was outstanding from start to finish. She is so gracious and quickly provided lots of helpful information about activities in the area and everything our family (three adults and our two college-aged sons). needed to settle in comfortably. She responded immediately to any questions. As for the house - AMAZING! The view from the pool and spa is simply stunning. You truly feel like you are in a grown-up, luxury treehouse. Inside, the house is so comfortable and gracious. There are lots of windows with bright natural light and adequate shades for nighttime. The beds are heavenly, the bathrooms have great showers and are well-stocked with amenities and fluffy towels. The ktichen is well-stocked with dishes and every small and large appliance one might need. The appliances are all new and top notch. Everything, from the thermostats, to TV, to WIFI, to sound system, to pool were easy to control and adjust. We booked a pontoon for the lake and in-home massages, based on info Kathy provided. There were plenty of dining options nearby and many outstanding restaurants a short drive into Austin. Some of the best BBQ we've had (and we're from Texas) was takeout from Jim's Smokehouse, a food truck 15 minutes from the house! We so enjoyed the balance of relaxation and fun activities in the gorgeous setting and loved our Thanksgiving getaway - our stay was perfection!

What a special home in the trees - so secluded and in a quiet neighborhood - we truly enjoyed every cool deck all the secret areas in the trees - so special Kathy was a super host and was available to help us with anything we needed ! We had a family reunion and our family felt so comfortable in this superbly decorated gem - thank you and we will rent again-

A beautiful respite among the trees

This is a beautiful, well thought out property. 3 generations of women came for quiet reflection to remember our husband/dad/gramps on his first birthday away from us. We enjoyed the quiet solitude amongst the trees and the songs of the birds. The sunsets did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the pool and some competitive ping pong. The walk to the lake is worth it, but requires agility.

Can’t beat this property

This property is fabulous inside and out. The landscaping is beautiful, and the decks, spa and pool complement the lake view wonderfully. Inside the house is beautifully (and comfortably) furnished and the kitchen is well stocked and amazingly outfitted with almost any kind of toy a chef could want. The back wall of windows brings the outside in. The main bedroom is as comfy as it gets, and the adjoining bath is luxurious and has tons of storage. Kathy was a very responsive and accommodating host—we look forward to returning.

Perfect family gathering home

This home was everything it purported to be and then some. It was the ideal spot for my three adult sons and me over the holidays. The interior space was gorgeously designed, airy and spacious and had everything we needed, the kitchen in particular was equipped with everything we might need. The home had everything we might need upon arrival and exceptionally comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for an idyllic getaway with a gorgeous view in Austin. We.would definitely love to return.
