Relaxing getaway
Staying in Esperance was a joy. The property was in a fantastic location, was comfortable, and everything a family holiday should be. Cindy was an amazing manager, easy to contact and lovely to talk to. Would thoroughly recommend.

Good location.
Needs a lot of repairs and love. The stumps are gone under the kitchen floor, the air conditioning was broken and we only had a fan in one room, the couches in the lounge are broken, there were only five coffee cups in the house for six people, the floor needed a good wash and we found dirt piles behind some doors, it is tired and old. The money we paid in comparison to other properties that we have stayed at in the past was exorbitant. They really need to spend some money on it but think they have used the school holidays to cash in. The linen was clean the place was tidy but we did have to buy toilet paper, light bulbs, something to wash the dishes with and had to ask for tea towels. Place is very central.

Wouuld stay here again .Thanks Cindy.

About the host

Hosted by Cindy Poole

Host profile image
I am a glass artist and have my own local tourist attraction - Cindy Poole Glass Gallery. Esperance is our home and the family is firmly entrenched in many aspects of the Esperance community. We love the environment, beaches, walks, camping and artistic inspiration of this beautiful part of the world.

Why they chose this property

Esperance is the place we call home and it is where we have lived and raised our family since 1987. I think that means we are 'Locals'. We bought this property because of it's awesome location and we have future plans for this space but until then its operating as a 'Holiday Home'.

What makes this property unique

This place is an 'Oldie' but it's rooms are large and set out so that everyone can spread out and find their own personal space either inside or outside. It's so close to everything that walking is the best option for town activities. You can take your early morning cuppa and sit on the bench across the road on the foreshore and look at the amazing Esperance Bay to start your day... that's at least what I like!
We have embraced this old family home, kept it what it is and and made sure that it's well equipped with good bedding and comfortable furnishings. Bring your family or friends and enjoy this space and the amazing offerings and environment outside your door.
