This rental includes complimentary use of golf cart. All operators must be 21 or older with a valid drivers license. Other rules & conditions apply.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 1 oversized or 2 standard vehicles at this site. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

House Rules:

Rates and fees are non-negotiable.

Renters must be at least 25 years old, and present during the rental period.

MAXIMUM occupancy is 6.

No smoking/vaping in the house.

Dogs 20 lbs or less are able to join in the family fun for an additional fee.

Fireworks are prohibited inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground.

Cute and Cozy

Overall stay was great, from the pictures I did imagine the porch area was bigger, however that wasn't a big deal. Only issue we had was the first day we had a box of Crumbl Cookies that we left on the bar, when we came back they had been taking over by ants. I'm used to little sugar ants it was just disappointing that we weren't given a heads up at the possibility. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. House was adorable and smelt great and very clean upon arrival!
