3 Spacious Bedrooms / 2 Full Bath Mobile Home in fabulous Myrtle Beach Oceans Lakes Family Campground - Short Walk to Beach and Ocean Lakes Water Park!
Golf Cart INCLUDED! Two adult bicycles also included.
Located on quiet and peaceful Oyster Lane - only a couple blocks from the soft sands and pristine Beach.
All 3 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and TV, plus Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Linens INCLUDED (sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels).
Ceiling Fans in all Bedrooms.
Minimum age of primary renter: 25 — AND MUST BE PRESENT.
NO pets. NO smoking in the house.
All the amenities: Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Large Screen TV, Fully stocked Kitchen with large Refrigerator, blender, toaster, toaster oven, auto-drip coffee maker, smooth top Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Full size Washer and Dryer.
Enjoy a peaceful morning cup of coffee listening to the waves on the large covered Porch, equipped with two ceiling fans (and lights for the evening relaxation).
Show off your grilling skills on the 4-burner propane gas Grill.
And after a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off the sand and sunscreen in the Outdoor Shower with hot & cold water.
Plenty of parking space for up to 3 vehicles, although maximum of 2 vehicles recommended.
Enjoy all the Ocean Lakes community amenities including the fantastic water park, putt putt, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffleboard, etc., and (of course) one-mile of beach front!!

The Perfect Getaway

I would highly recommend staying at this place!!! It’s located in a quiet section with a big porch for morning coffee, which was my favorite. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need not to mention it’s very well maintained and clean . Our family enjoyed our short getaway and most definitely would stay again . The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with .

First Anniversary Getaway

This home was the perfect home from start to finish everything was clean and it was fully stocked from top to bottom. The property owner is very nice and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located in a quiet space so it was very peaceful and everyone around was super nice. I would recommend this location to anyone and I’ll definitely book it every single time I go down. Perfect

Family vacation oceanlakes

Had a great time at oceanlakes. House was very clean and roomy. Quiet and peaceful area. Nice shady area. Easy walk to everything but we enjoyed the golf cart. Will definitely rent this house again. Only thing lacking was room to store groceries. Small pantry would be nice. Thank you Rick for sharing your place.

Quite Street

This is the second time staying at this property, I love the location, short walk to beach or pool area. The owner's were prompt to reply and even called to make sure I had all I needed. The new additions to the home made it even more appealing to me. Plenty of room for my family. Had all the utensils and cookware we needed along with sharp knifes,(LOL) those can be difficult to come across in a rental.

Cleanliness and WOW Factor

LOVE LOVE LOVE this home we stayed in this past weekend with my family. Rick is awesome! He made it for us to check in early and as early as we actually arrived in Ocean Lakes. He made sure we had everything we needed and only a text or phone call away if we needed him during the stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the getaway. The home is very roomy and open (which I loved) Very quiet street and only a little short walk to the beach or other places around Ocean Lakes. The gold cart was provided so if you wanted to use that you can. We will come back to this home and rent from Rick when we return to Ocean Lakes. 5 stars for sure!

Always a comfortable and safe place to stay

Everything was good. My only complaint would be the matteress in primary bedroom was a bit worn and we kinda fell into a hole. Other than that, it was all good.

Perfect place for our family

The house was just the right size for my family of 4 and father-in-law. The house had everything we needed, and the included golf cart was a huge bonus! Since it’s not restricted to weekly rentals, we took advantage of being able to check-in on a weekday. It was amazing not to have to deal with all the Saturday/Sunday chaos. To top it off, the house is close to the beach and waterpark. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect location, layout and amenities!

Highly recommend! We had a great time! The location is awesome, a short walk or golf cart drive to the main hub of amenities. The layout of the home is perfect as well.

2nd time we have stayed here - LOVE IT

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here for the Ocean Lakes Halloween festivities. It is very close to all of the action and Rick is super easy to get a hold of with any questions. The house is clean and has everything you need! Also one of the few places that has a golf cart included. Thanks again and we hope to stay here again next year.

Cousins' reunion

Rick was a wonderful host. Kept us informed on check in and check out procedures. The layout of this bungalow was excellent. Master bedroom on one end and smaller bedrooms with bathroom on other end. This layout added to the privacy of all guests. Everything you need is available in the bungalow. The porch and ceiling fans were an especially nice feature. Morning coffee was great on the porch, as was, relaxing at night under small twinkle lights. Close to beach. It was so nice to have the Golf cart. It is such a fun way to travel at Ocean Lakes.

A lovely little spot for a relaxing time!

We loved the property and everything about it! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and gave a great comprehensive tour through the home before check-in!
