RENOVATIONS JUST COMPLETED.
This is a modern 5 Bedroom home with 2 living areas. Can sleep up to 11 all in beds and bedrooms.
No sofa beds or roll-a-ways. Master has en-suite and King sized bed. Second and third bedrooms with Queen sized beds. Forth has a bunk with double bottom and single top. Fifth has single bunks and also combines a study. Lounges have leather sofas and SMART TV’s. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Clean and bright main bathroom with shower and a full size bath. Toilet is separate to the bathroom. Laundry is fully equipped with front load washing machine. Double lock-up garage and parking for at least 6 vehicles. Large patio area. This property over looks Blue Lake park. To top off this beauty is an in ground salt water swimming pool in a large rear garden.
Please note that this property is compliant for pool safety by the local shire but does not have a pool fence.
