Property was as advertised. House was clean, well stocked and only 2 blocks from the beach! AC worked great, covered parking, beach chairs provided. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Get-away

The place was awesome. Clean and like bran new. 3 minutes walk to the beach, great deck off the living room and the bed was more comfortable then mine at home. Comunication was top notch with the management, We will definitely be back again. One of our best stays yet!

Great stay!

Great location! Only a short walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so you are tucked away from the traffic and noise. Restaurants and shopping are nearby. Beach chairs and wagon are provided for guests so that’s a plus. You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect Mother's Day weekend

The house was perfect for a Mothers Day weekend. The home was clean and well equipped. It has a great deck to sit out in the mornings and evenings. We watched a movie with our friends and it was super comfortable. We walked 2 small blocks to the beach and was close to all restaurants. More importantly, we were away from traffic as they are doing construction further down the road. I would say this is a perfect little getaway!

Aptly Named!!

We had a relaxing and wonderful time. The unit was well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. It was a quick walk to beach and bay for amazing sunrises and sunsets. But the wraparound deck… amazing for hanging outside in the evening! This unit has a pass through window from kitchen to deck so you didn’t have to haul plates and platters through the living area. Plenty of beach related items available for use. Great place to stay!

Everything was very seamless, host communicated effectively and reached out several times to make sure everything was going well. The unit was clean and ready for us and was just like the description. It was really perfect for our family of 6--4 kids aged 12, 10, 8 and 3. We absolutely loved the covered deck/porch, the pass through window from the kitchen to outside made eating out there so easy! Some things that I wanted to note that may help future guests because the information wasn't readily available. As far as staples for the house, they provide you with a handful of dishwashing pods, some dish soap and sponge as well as a few trash bags, 4 rolls of TP, and a roll of paper towels. The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may want to cook or prepare. There were no storage containers for leftovers so keep that in mind. As far as pantry basics, there are none so you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, spices, extra paper towels most likely depending on the length of your stay, etc. They have a keurig and a regular coffee pot but you will need to supply your own coffee filters (standard 12cup paper filters---we did leave a pack of 200 behind so hopefully they keep them there for future guests). Not a complaint by any means, but we've stayed in VRBOs before that had these things so it's just good to know if you plan on shopping before arriving like we did. They have a full washer and dryer that we used a lot, just remember to bring some washing detergent!

The staff was very responsive to my texts as we couldn't get the address to load from the link sent, they also answered any questions I had during our stay. We enjoyed that it was a very quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and an awesome area to enjoy the beach. The beach access was just a few blocks up, but we also enjoyed driving up the coast and catching a few other beach spots. The beach chairs and umbrella made it easy for travelers to not have to worry about renting or purchasing extra things. The only downfall for us was getting to Universal Studios was quite a long trip but we would definitely stay here again for a more specific beach vacation. I would suggest maybe taking out the pool access in the description of the rental as this location did not have a pool, which was fine since the beach was right up the street, just could be misleading to families with kids like ours who wanted to also enjoy a heated pool on vacation. All in all a great experience and beautiful family vacation spot. Thanks for having us!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. We loved it so much! The water was so warm and not real rough. The location of this property was a short walk to the beach under 5 mins. This property had everything we needed for the week. Well equipped kitchen. Large deck under roof to have morning coffee on and evening cocktails. The landscaping was so pretty and gave it a more tropical vibe especially when sitting on the deck. The beds were comfortable. There was beach chairs on property to use and a beach cart along with a smaller umbrella to take to beach. They also provided beach towels. The only thing not provided was a soft cooler to take to the beach for your drinks. This would have been nice since we flew in and that is one more thing to pack. Tampa airport was only little over an hour from this property so we flew into TPA and saved some money on flights. We would rent this property again!
