First of all I was lied to about why (probably the only house in Australia) they didn't have a BBQ. I checked with the local shire and there were no fire bans or restrictions for BBQ's. They just couldn't be bothered to put one there.
The place has cobwebs everywhere and isn't very clean. Its very bland and not up to the standard of other Stayz properties we have stayed at in the past!
There was 1tbsp of stale oil left over and not even 1tsp of out of date 2019 coffee in the pantry. Ive stayed at hundreds of staycations in the past and have always been impressed with how the owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Not here though!
Also we had to empty all the bins and take our rubbish with us! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL
Great space with a full kitchen, big table, lovely deck and lots of light - excellent for working. Loved the resident kangaroos :)

Disappointed.
Smelly towels, dirty & mouldy bathrooms, stained & smelly tea towels. Not good enough given it’s listed as ‘luxury’ accommodation - which it clearly wasn’t.
This is the second year we have stayed at Nannup Forest View and it didn't disappoint. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend staying here and the owners make the experience a breeze. We look forward to returning again soon.
We really enjoyed our stay, perfect spot to relax and unwind. Beautiful views over the state forest, nature at the door & amazing starry nights. It was a very hot weekend so air conditioners & fans were very welcome. House was lovely, well appointed & perfect size for 6 adults. Will definitely stay again.
Stunning property with all the modern amenities. Scenic forest views with wildlife literally at your doorstep. Perfect weekend retreat. Home away from home!
What a stunning gem! This home is a real credit to the owners and is set in the stunning surrounds of Nannup's bush-land. We really felt privileged to have been able to stay there, the stars at night were tremendous, the Kookaburra song was great and there is plenty to do in and around Nannup as well. Thank you for having us and we will certainly be back!
A beautiful home set amongst peaceful surrounding with an abundance of wildlife. From the moment we walked in we were delighted with the presentation of the house and knew we were in for a comfortable stay. The property has almost every amenity you can think of and it's all in excellent condition. A very well set out house and the furniture including beds are super comfortable. We loved waking to see the Kangaroos grazing in the paddock and the birds (Falcons we think) circling above us. We had most meals outside on the deck and the kids were stoked with the wi-fi quality. I strongly recommend this property, the pictures do not do it justice and you will not be disappointed!
We had a great family holiday here in Nannup, despite the hot weather. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen, and the kids enjoyed the tree swings. Kangaroos visited the property at dusk and there were some nice nearby bike rides. We would’ve done more of the walk trails if the weather had been cooler.
We had a lovely stay in Nannup with our 10 month old. We were wanting a quiet country getaway, away from the hustle bustle of the city and that’s exactly what we got. A beautiful house, the perfect size for our family of three. It was much cooler than we were expecting but luckily there was a fire with plenty of firewood available to cosy around. The kitchen had many amenities however would have been great if there was a coffee machine like other properties we have stayed in in the past. Waking up to the kangaroos on the property was a buzz and the beautiful skies at sunset were a sight to be seen. Had a few issues with insects and spiders inside but overall the home was nice and clean and I guess it’s to be somewhat expected in the country. Overall a really beautiful property with a rainwater tank which I loved, I never want to drink any other water ever again. We did lose power one morning (a problem with the local area) and thankfully there was back up water stored in the house and Adam was quick to get in touch with us and offer a late check out for the inconvenience which we appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for a family looking for a bit of R & R.
We were 3 Senior Adult couples & found the accommodation very comfortable. Very cosy wood burning stove. Enjoyed our stay and a good base to visit surrounding attractions.
We had a lovely stay at Nannup Forest View, it’s a perfect bungalow house, beautiful view in the middle of the forest and close to Blackwood river. The house is perfectly set-up with everything and more that you need for a weekend away. And spotless clean! The kids and grandparents had the best time and so did we.
Great place, with plenty of room both in and out.
The verandah was a great place to sit and listen to nature, and gaze up at the stars.
On a clear night the stars look amazing. You don’t even need to look up, just straight ahead, as if they’re coming up out of the ground (you’ll understand what I mean if you stay here).
The house is neat and clean, 5 minutes from Nannup, and 10 mins from ballanup pool.
The kitchen is well equipped, and plenty of space for the kids to run around.
Some nice little swings and rope ladders for the kids too.
We only stayed 2 nights, but could have stayed much longer. Would definitely come back.
Adam was really good to communicate with, as he was very quick to reply, and was happy to make a few adjustments to make our stay easier.
Thanks for a great place to de-stress!
Excellent, everything seemed to be at hand. Weather was ordinary and so the wood fire was great . The kangaroos feeding on the back paddock was a lovely touch. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay.
Forrest view was clean, modern and in the middle of lovely bush land. We made use of the wood burning stove which kept us warm and cosy for our mid winter holiday. Nannup Town was close enough for convenience with some lovely cafes ad shops, but far enough away to feel like we had our own little spot just for us. Kangaroos visited regularly and the views were lovely, along with some lovely walks down to the river behind the property.
Our stay was great! Such a beautiful house surrounded by nannups delightful views.
Adam was brilliant to deal with!
Quick , easy and very helpful.
Would highly recommend!

Fabulously modern holiday pad!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful, modern home just a few minutes drive from Nannup town centre. Highlights include easy access to the state forest at the rear of the property, quality linen and towels, nice artwork, visiting kangaroos and bird life including scarlet robins and black cockatoos and a fresh, modern, newly built home with lots of light. There are two generous main bedrooms for 2x couples, one with an ensuite, and two gorgeously decorated smaller bedrooms for children with bunks. We enjoyed the quality chess set and uno games. The open plan living area is flooded with natural light (lots of big sliding glass doors offering views out over the block and across to the forest...we saw kangaroos bounding across every evening) and offers a generously proportioned kitchen with island bench and stools, a large dining table and comfy lounge area. The owners were attentive and generous but happy to leave us to enjoy the property. We came home feeling relaxed and refreshed and would stay again in a heart beat!
