Welcome to our quiet, private super clean 300 SF studio with 1000 Square feet of outdoor decking and manicured gardens. Follow the well lit 15steps (NO RAILING) leading you to a private gate and studio. The studio features, custom Teak furniture, a sleep number bed, large flat screen with Direct TV, Comcast internet, small kitchenette, beautiful custom Fireclay Tile throughout. Guests can enjoy meandering through the garden. The perfect little getaway nest. I do want all guest to be aware you must be AIGLE to navigate the 15 pavers stairs(without Railing) down to Studio. Please see photo.
Be aware, that parking is across the street facing up the hill from the house, Trying to get a local Taxi, Uber is an issue. You should have a car the distance to the beach and restaurants is not far but our home is up a steep hill.

This was a lovely little studio. Totally worth the price!!! Great view, lovely outdoor garden and decks, very clean and very responsive owner. Quiet neighborhood and adequate nearby street parking. My only issues were that the listing said Smart TV, which we understood to mean we would be able to access our Netflix and other streaming service accounts which was not true. The owner thought we'd be able to still access the shows in these accounts, but we could only do so if we paid per episode. We reverted to watching on our laptop. If you want to be able to access your existing accounts, bring a Roku setup (which we didn't) so you can use the TV. The bed was very high, and I am very short- but once we found the stepping stool in the closet, we were A-OK. We'll be back!

A private, extremely quiet retreat in a great neighborhood, overlooking Pillar Point and a great base for exploring along the coast from Pacifica to Half Moon Bay. Inland exploring was convenient also to Pescadero, Gregorio, Cystal Springs Reservoir and Pulgas Water Temple. Lots off great restaurants, coffee places, grocery stores and breweries.

The Perfect Getaway location

The owners, Phil and Wendy, were fabulous and the perfect compliment to the gorgeous view. Everything was so comfortable and serene. It was the perfect escape from city living and just what I needed. This was my first time staying in Half Moon Bay and I would highly recommend this experience and location.

We raised our family in this home and now that they have grown and moved away we have a lot of unused space. We decided to dedicate a studio space for hosting travelers from near and far. You are going to love all the amenities.

Why they chose this property

We are centrally located for trailers looking to explore from the wine country to Big Sir. We have spent over 30 years tending to our ever changing landscape you may not want to go anywhere once you get here. You will enjoy Direct Ocean View of Pillar Point Harbor and Maverick world class BIG wave surf spot. The space is very private with fence yard will see myself or wife maybe in Garden.

What makes this property unique

If you want a romantic get away this is the perfect spot. We have romantic lighting and gas lamps for evening spent in the garden or dining outdoors. Very Private from Main house. The room has fireclay tile throughout and kept sparkling clean.
