Great house for family with infant

Roy, the owner, was so helpful with questions and we had all we needed for our 8mo granddaughter to make our stay comfortable. It was nice having the extra space for our family and also plenty of bedding, towels and close to pool/hot tub and pickle ball. The neighborhood was very safe and easy to do walks/jogs.

Nice place, plenty of space, comfortable furniture. We didn’t have any issues and Management was very responsive to questions. Nice pool and pickle ball courts. Slightly farther from UofA than we would have liked, but that was poor olanning on my part.

The home was simple (all we needed) with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were a little on the soft side but we all (5 adults) slept well. The only small downfall was short on bath towels and the ice maker did not dispense ice. Owner was quick to respond and would have sent out maintenance but it wasn’t an inconvenience to us for an immediate fix. Perfect location for us and would stay here again.

The owner wanted to share the following: "Thanks for your feedback - the door does lock, it's just that the insulation seal around the door is new so it's tight. If you push firmly to get the lock to latch but with continued use, it will ease up a bit. We will install a secondary lock at the back of the glass to make it easier if someone is unable to get the door to latch. We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay!"

Very well equipped with good pots and pans Lots of extras basically everything you would need, Quiet street, Close to Catalina State Park and other attractions. Very nice, Clean place Great communication. Heated pool nearby. Everything on listing was there as shown.Just for information a full size Ford F150 will not fit in garage but does on the driveway Access to place things in the garage was a big bonus for us. Nice garage.

I liked the house with good supplies. Picture with soft living room furniture is incorrect since current furniture is utilitarian. Small kitchen counter space for celebration. Very responsive to non working TV ( didn’t tell them until day 4 of 5 day stay). Going to repair kitchen problems until after my stay since wasn’t a problem. Master bed is high so can be problem for anyone less than 5’4”. Location good so near family there. Loved having a garage! We had a dog so this was perfect place.

This home was a great quiet location, allowed use of the pools and tennis courts, and had a nice unpaved path nearby for early morning runs/walk. Amy was very responsive to all of our needs and got back to me right away with the few questions that I had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice family home in a safe area

I felt very safe in this neighborhood - especially important to me since my grand-littles were visiting for the weekend! This home is clean, spacious, and as the pictures in the listing portray. Great for families - grab a game and laugh all night; I didn't feel the need to tippy-toe around with hushed voices like in a hotel room. Everything we needed for family meals was in the kitchen - from pans to spices, and the coffee selection was over-the-top. Selection of hospitality items in the bathrooms was a nice touch, too. Amy's systems are tight - the welcome email gives great details, she was prompt in answering questions, and there is a written policy booklet with all the things you'd need to know about the house (wi-fi, trash removal procedures, etc) - she's done this a time or two. :) Nice home, convenient and safe neighborhood, clean - and everything we needed.
