The house is a short distance from the beach, about 600 meters from the beach, and the access is totally wooded.

Adoramos ficar na casa do Evandro, super bem equipada, confortavel, piscina excelente, e perto da praia! O proprietario super atencioso, sempre pronto em nos ajudar! Aproveitamos bastante!

Casa Agradável com Boa Localização

A casa é muito boa. Há tudo o que você necessita para ter uma estadia confortável e com contato com a natureza. A localização é excelente pois é Proximo da praia. A única coisa que não gostamos e que o vizinho está reformando a casa e teve barulho todos os dias da semana , o que foi estressante, principalmente para o meu esposo que estava trabalhando. Esperamos ter mais sorte numa próxima oportunidade.

Riviera e Imóvel do Evandro - lugares fantasticos

Eu e minha família estivemos pelo 4 ano consecutivo em Riviera hospedados no Imóvel do Evandro. A Riviera de São Lourenço é de fato um paraíso, um lugar lindíssimo, tranquilo, seguro, arborizado e extremamente limpo. O imóvel do Evandro, pessoa de fino trato, é fantástico, amplo, novíssimo, muito bem projetado, possui iluminação natural em praticamente todo o imóvel, conta com cozinha completa, com área gourmet acoplada a cozinha e muito próxima a piscina. Sem qualquer dúvida indico e certamente ali retornarei.
