Baywatch is set on the Pensacola Bay just across the street from Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a community pool, private beach, and dock that is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming.

- Must be 25 years old to reserve condo

- We require one member of the party over 25 to be at the unit the entire stay

- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking

- A security deposit or Limited Damage Waiver is required at booking

- There are two parking spots for this unit - under the unit two cars will fit back to back
