This cute, colorful and charming first floor walkup condo is a great place to stay with the family. The white sand beaches on the Pensacola Bay are just steps away. The calm bay waters are great for the younger family members. The Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk with access about one block from the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen with table for 4 opens to the living room. Both have water views. The living room has a comfy furniture to make watching the big game on the flat panel television enjoyable. Enjoy dinner with a view at the table on the 96 sq ft deck.

The condo will sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom had a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. The sofa makes into a queen-size bed for extra guests.

Perfect getaway....

First time staying in Pensacola. I took my wife on a little get away, we’re definitely bringing the kids next time. Loved the view, fishing pier, the local restaurants, and the beach. Communication with the owner was easy and simple. We look forward to our next visit and hope our buddy “George”, the pier crane, accompanies our fishing adventures again.

Pleasantly Surprised

My husband is a snob sometimes when it comes to where we stay when out of town. I booked this place well, one bc of the price and two bc of the view of the bay! My husband kept telling me, you did a good job at picking the condo! It was such a nice condo and quiet. It was a little further of a walk then I thought to the beach, but we just hope in the car and drove over. Would stay there again!

Perfect Graduation Getaway

We came for a high school graduation, but we left with so much more. This location has the perfect amount of water with the nearby beach, a bay, a boardwalk over a pond, and a pool! There are many activities to go do while at this location. The home was clean and filled with all needed amenities. We had one minor glitch with a toilet and a quick text was met with exceptional promptness and professionalism in fixing it. It was also a decent distance from the school so we could relax in between the stress of the events of the weekend and rejuvenate in our own healing space. And the nice little touch of a kind and appreciated special treat on the door at the end of our stay just put your place over the top and made us feel appreciated! Love the rental company, love the property, love the location! Thank you for helping to make my daughter's graduation week so special!

It was a very nice location and walking distance to beach access. The fan didnt work in the main bathroom and we had to wait a couple hours for a warranty worker to come "fix" a part on the washing machine, but those were the only complaints. Parking was covered and a sand wash station before going back upstairs was convenient! It was nice to have a washer/dryer. We will definitely be back!

Great location...

We have stayed at this property several times, this was our first in this particular unit. The location is across the street from the gulf, backs up to the sound, you have the best of both. The unit was first floor, clean and has covered parking which is always a plus. Great for couples or a small family.

Good time, good stay, some work needed.

I understand the storm damage but just some few items indoors needing repairs. Main bedroom closet door was impossible to open and off the rail. Main toilet struggled to flush and both showers very slow to drain. Other than that, it was a good rental. The property management team was outstanding!! Loved the cookies! Nice touch.

This property was hit by tornadoes just a few days before we checked in. The staff kept us informed as they checked for damage. Luckily the condos were fine, but there was damage to the balconies, bridges, etc. Everything was roped off and safe. The staff was amazing, condo was very nice and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Toilet and bath in master bedroom, slow draining poor flushing. Refrigerator has broken bar on door to hold things in place as well as cracked ice box for ice cubes. Sleeper sofa didn’t have hardly any cushion to it and closet. Doors in master bedroom were ridiculous and need to be replaced, also on the balcony, there are two plastic chairs that are both broken and anyone who sits down in one will probably end up flat on his dairy air
