Two story waterfront house, were nature and people live in harmony. 5 rooms, 3 king size beds, 3 full bathroom,(master bedroom has private bathroom),, 1 bunk bed and 2 twins. Fits 10 persons. Fully equipped kitchen. Central a/c unit on first floor, individual a/c on each room. House has private parking for two cars, large docking area and roofed boat dock for an 18 footer. Fully equipped kitchen. Two minute walk to Playita Rosada and Rest. Turrumote at Club Nautico La Parguera.

Awesome weekend!!!

I stayed at Serenity by the Seas from May 27-30 2022 with my family, my 80 year old parents and my sister family and we spent an awesome weekend!!! The house is located at a quiet area of La Parguera perfect to release all your stress and enjoy family time. The house has everything you need, is very comfortable and clean. Enough space for a group of 10 like us. The property manager, Jose Molina was very kind, provided an excellent service and quick assistance when needed. Thank you so much Jose!!! Looking forward to return again later this year!!! I strongly recommend this place.

Everything is excellent.

Property is tailor made for my famiy. We had no accidents, but should somebody fall overboard, there is no way to climb back to pier. Same happens with kayaks. Water heater and closet doors could be more efficient. Thank you, see you next year!

Family Weekend in La Parguera

Great rental experience from start to finish! The property was as described and the view is amazing! Jose was a great host with timely information to enter the property, requiring no down time for us to gain entry. A/C and other appliances are new and perform as expected. Will definitely rent from Jose again.
