Sit on the beautiful timber deck facing the forest in summer or inside by the cosy fireplace in the winter, you will not want to leave. The deck looks out onto the most idyllic treed oasis, making you feel like you are the only people in Bright. The beautiful outdoor setting, sun loungers, umbrella and BBQ makes entertaining or relaxing simple.

King size bed and ensuite in the main bedroom and family bathroom for the kids or friends to use makes holidaying together painless. The 2nd bedroom has a tri bunk consisting of a queen bed and king single, suitable for families or couples.

A light filled kitchen with dishwasher and all the amenities you need to entertain or pack a picnic to take down to your own private park below or to the close by Jacks and Jenveys swimming holes. Still close enough to meander into town by foot or bike to visit our great eateries and icons like the Bright Brewery or maybe take the kids to the popular Bright Splash Park. This is also a bike friendly home with ample lockable storage and racks in the garage, so if you are wanting to join the Ride High Country campaign, then this is the property for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY - FLEXIBLE
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 7 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 7 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
The light filled kitchen overlooking the forest offers an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and a Breville Creatisa Plus coffee maker for your perfect coffee to start your day. A six seater scandi dining table is on offer or perhaps you can bask in the sunlight while you enjoy your morning latte on the cafe table and stools in the kitchen. Alternatively, enjoy your meals, drinks and coffee out on the beautiful deck surrounded by magnificent Elm trees.

LOUNGE
An L shaped lounge means you will be relaxing in style in front of the 55 inch smart TV or wood fire or catching up on the days events with your family and friends.

HEATING & COOLING
In the cooler months, the slow combustion wood fire and reverse cycle split system will keep you toasty warm. In summer the reverse cycle air conditioner will keep you cool at the flick of a switch. Please note a starter supply of firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied. Additional wood can be purchased from local service stations and supermarkets.

Excellent property
Beautiful place extremely well set up. Nothing short of. Close to town- can drive a good walk The only thing - no lighting outside near the main road so it’s hard to find the driveway in the dark.

Just ok
The location is great and the white rocks in front help you locate the place especially at night. The house was not properly cleaned when we got in, as I found a used scrunched up cupcake wrapper on the floor near the couch, a kitchen towel and child's underwear in the laundry sink. There were ants which disappeared after we cleaned up the spots they were hanging out at. No firewood was provided even if there was a fireplace. Would have been nice to know where to buy some, since none were provided. Electric blankets on the bed were great and needed since there was no form of heating in the bedrooms. The master bedroom bathroom was super tiny, and both bathrooms could use an update (the showers sprayed and leaked at the connector joints when turned on), but they served their purpose. The kitchen sink tap was not secure and would move when being turned on or off. The house is adequate but the photos definitely make it look a lot nicer. The recliner chairs were probably the best part of the house. No wifi, which I knew prior to booking. For those with Vodafone, the signal isn't great and it's very slow. Optus is ok, it would have slow moments but not a lot and was definitely more reliable than Vodafone. Best thing about the property (aside from the recliner chairs) was dealing with Bright Holidays and the location.
