The beautiful modern kitchen has made the most of the space available and includes a dishwasher, microwave and good sized fridge. A gorgeous solid timber dining table that comfortably seats six makes for a cosy kitchen/dining area.
LOUNGE
The lounge includes a comfy three seater and two seater lounge, TV and DVD player.
WIFI is not available.
HEATING & COOLING
A split system in the lounge area keeps the unit cool in Summer and warm in Winter.
BATHROOM
The brand new bathroom features a large shower and the toilet is located separately off the laundry.
OUTDOORS
The exterior features a small but private backyard with an electric BBQ.
